Evelyn was one of the first to respond to our group request for quotes, and was very friendly and communicative throughout the whole process. We chose her company for this reason, along with the competitive quote and stellar ratings. As this was a deep cleaning, there were multiple people, and everyone was so nice! The owner laughed at me when I told her I would review her so I guess that is why. They give great talk until it is time for the work. They seemed nice and professional until I had questions when things were left contaminated and no photos were taken as promised of lost property. Two young guys came out and a woman named Noon? and I had been told they would take photos of everything and they assured me we had no need to take photos that they do all of that which made sense as it was in sewage- grade 3. The owner later denied this the photo promise she denied everything so beware). They had my mom as I am disabled (who is a senior) come in to a contaminated area with no mask or footies ( bio hazard) and the agreement was to place anything questionable on my porch and destroy anything not salvageable. They placed contaminated boxes floating in sewage on my clean safe items that could be saved meaning the non contaminated are now contaminated and even put contaminated boxes and items floating in sewage on my mattress. This is inexcusable and it seems they just did not want to carry it outside: They even threw a trash can floating in my bathroom in the grade 3 sewage - would this not obviously be trash? Threw cardboard boxes that were in sewage in clean area contaminating it as cardboard is porous. Their job was not to make things worse. Anything in question was to be taken outside. The owner Darcy was nothing but nasty when I called as I was inquiring and quite upset about the boys actions resulting in further contamination. I found one of the boys was her son she informed me stating he would never do these things. There was no apology for the issue, she was just defensive replies even accusing a widow and her homeowner daughter that had a sewage leak of having a lot of items. My dad just passed away and my mom is here and they knew this. That is low and we had not yet even scattered his remains much less organized their things from the condo as to what to keep and donate. How cruel. We called asap to get this fixed and this is what we get. Secondly, I was given misinformation being told by a young guy to throw out things and Noon saying to keep items and just wipe off with clorox wipe - these had been in sewage. Which is it? They all told that dry cleaning items had to be thrown away because we would have to disclose the sewage issue to them and then they would not clean it. I had some expensive jackets lost. We then found many things we had been advised to throw away could have been saved and a professional cleaner could clean them and of course no photos of thousands of dollars of loss as they only took photos of the floor but on the phone told me I did not have to photograph anything which I though was for safety. They have no project manager on site and were working chaotically and they did not seem to know what really needed to be kept/saved and they just contaminated more of the home. The owner Darcy was the most disrespectul business owner I have ever encountered.

No one had professionally cleaned them in several years, so I went for it. I was working upstairs in my office and received a few pictures from Anthony, the technician. I couldn't believe my eyes. When ZeroRez was finished, my carpets looked like they had been through a war. Take a look at these photos and videos. None of these dirty spots were there before ZeroRez came to my home. ZeroRez made my carpets 1,000 times worse than they were beforehand. Absolutely terrible.

I requested my carpets to be cleaned in a 21x16 room to include pet treatment. The quote that came…read moreback to me was $110 plus a $30 "out of area" fee. Fair enough. Everyone can acknowledge that "carpet cleaning" includes shampooing the carpet, typically with a machine of sorts utilizing water and some sort of cleaning solution, right? Steven had his team of 3 come over, and they were very polite. This is where it gets a little weird. They spot cleaned with the bottle you can buy at dollar general and spread a bunch of scented baking soda over the carpet. The spots came out, which it wasn't very bad to begin with.... But then they vacuumed.... Then left. I'm sorry, but $140 isn't worth what I could do on my own for $20. I reached out to Steven about my frustration that the carpet wasn't cleaned, and at first he wanted to argue with me and say that what I requested was done. No, Steven, it wasn't. Steven then told us they used a Bissell turbo clean power brush pet cleaner which vacuums and cleans the carpet.... To which we sent him photo evidence of them cleaning and leaving with just a regular vacuum. I requested half my money back, which I thought was more than fair, but he refused and told me all he could do was send someone out another day to finish what I requested. Call me crazy, but I don't want to move all of my furniture, leave my dogs outside the whole time, and make sure my kid won't try to run through while they're working again. I planned for that tonight. Not tonight and another night. And planned to actually have my carpets cleaned, not just "spot cleaned" & vacuumed. I would definitely proceed with caution! UPDATE: They did refund me $70, which was nice. However, after they left, we cleaned our vacuum canister and the below picture is what was in our carpet after they "cleaned what I requested." I even asked the manager if he would be happy with paying $70 for a cleaning only for his own vacuum to pick up this much afterwards. His answer was "no" but apparently they're happy keeping my $70.
