Do you want to know how big of a scam this company actually is? The company address linked on their website is the address of a Virtual Office Address Company in Tuscon, Arizona. They don't even have a physical address and probably are running this company from a Starbucks. Bar Crawl Unlimited cancelled the event the day of the actual event and sent out no notifications to any of the event attendees. I bought a ticket two weeks ahead of time and did not even get a notification that the event was cancelled, I had to find out when I was looking for the address an hour before the event. The Eventbrite Page, also a horrible horrible scam of a company, gave the address of an abandoned building in Downtown. I would have let all this go, but they have a No-Refund Policy and Eventbrite, the sleezballs that they are, allowed this to happen to their customers. This was in California and also happened to a bunch of people in Cincinnati, Indianapolis, and New Orleans So essentially both of these companies stole $80 from us, cancelled the event the day of, wouldn't return any of the emails calls or messages through Eventbrite or Facebook, didn't acknowledge the refund ticket request and then wiped the entire existence of this event from their Facebook. If I didn't have PayPal I would have been out 80 dollars DO NOT BUY TICKETS ON EVENTBRITE they are just as scummy as Bar Crawl Unlimited is. Look at their refund policy. My friends and I attended the beer and taco bar crawl in Minneapolis. The tacos were frozen Mini tacos t people buy at Costco.They did not have any of the VIP items that were promised at registration, they ran out of food, and their representative told my fiance "to step outside where there are no cameras" when he complained. We reported them to the Better Business Bureau, and even the BBB did not get a response from them. There's a reason why they do not provide a phone number or answer emails. read more

Any discount at the bars were available for everyone . The bars were not staffed well enough to handle Gen Con and the crawl participants. Not enough information was given prior to the event. Please don't give this company your money. The "bar crawl" they claim to organize is nothing but a $33 paper wrist band and dollar store junk with zero drink specials. Many of the bars on the Indianapolis crawl had no idea they were participating and all members of the public were receiving the same drink specials. There were bars that refused to honor drink specials posted by the Bar Crawl Unlimited Facebook page. Your ticket gets you absolutely nothing. My husband and I attended the margarita crawl in Lexington, Ky on 9-7-19 and we had an absolute blast! All 5 bars knew about the crawl and all had 1-4 discount drinks to choose from. Everything was within walking distance and none of the bars were over crowded. This was our first time participating in any bar crawl and would definitely do it again. Purchased $20 tickets for the "Taco & Margarita Crawl" in Scottsdale, AZ. Starting bar was announced the day before the event, but the entire list wasn't posted until JUST before the event began. Then we realized we paid $20 for absolutely nothing! 5 bars had 2 drink options each, ~$1-2 less than standard prices.. and ONLY ONE BAR HAD TACOS and they were begging to give you food poisoning.. Went to Oakland margarita crawl 2-8, all bars were out of margaritas before 4. One bar tried to make up for it by offering tequila oj at the same price the margaritas. The other bars had no backup and were not willing to give a discount any other regular priced drinks. Poorly planned and executed. They scammed us. read more

I did a Margarita and Taco Crawl in Philadelphia. I paid extra for the VIP ticket and other than the t-shirt there was no difference between the VIP and regular ticket. Not one place asked to see the band on my wrist. I didn't have to pay at all to get the deals at each location. There were customers who didn't pay who got the same deals. Even when I checked in I had to tell the person scanning my ticket I had the VIP ticket and then he asked me how many and never checked. I could have lied. Biggest waste of my money I have ever spent. We even emailed them before the event and asked about a designated driver ticket and got NO response. Terrible customer service! read more

Attended the Mimosa Crawl; in Chattanooga 2/16. An absolute joke. The "swag" was cheap beads. Venues were not announced until the day before. The "drink specials" ??? The two bars still in the event didn't have any for the crawl. Prices were the same for everybody. Came back a few minutes later to ask just what we were getting for the tickets and the guy was gone and left his valuable "swag" on the table. Learned my lesson on this company !!! read more

SCAM. I wish I could give it zero stars. We showed up the event in Chattanooga with no idea of where to even go to check in. There was ONE man standing under a tent who was rude and not helpful in any way. There was NO swag, literally nothing for us and event started at 2:00 and this was 2:15. NONE of the bars listed in the event were even aware of any of this so they did nothing but offer their already reduced happy hour prices on very crappy margaritas. One of the places said we'd have to wait 50 min on a table and had 6 empty tables available but didn't want to accommodate because they didn't want to participate with the crawl. We all ended up bar hopping on our own to different places, total waste of money!!!!! read more

Then we went on to the next one only to find out they were not participating. We stayed however so we could get a Margarita. We should have stayed at Hello Betty's. It was very poorly organized. We signed up to do a margarita crawl several weeks ago in Indianapolis. We were excited about this and watched as updates were made to the site. Unfortunately we already spent $60 on our tickets and after a few weeks found that we were going to have house guests at the time of the crawl. Knowing we did not want to eat our tickets, we purchased 2 more tickets for our guests as we didn't want to leave them at our house while we were downtown having fun doing this crawl. Unfortunately we found as the site updated it was not a crawl at all. It was nothing more than a list of local venues with drink specials. The day of the event the site continued to update. We found that the registration site venue offered their usual drink specials for the weekend, however, we were able to bring back our receipt from them for entry to their after party event. It was very clear in the initial site posting that only 100 people would get the swag bags, so I have no complaints there as we had no intention get downtown at 2 pm with Gen Con and our state fair going on at the same time. Our 2nd venue didn't even offer margarita specials. We had Jell-O shots here which was the special. Onto venue 3. This venue was packed! We opted to go into this as dining guests and took a seat in the dining room. We ate here, got our margarita at the discounted price. Venue 4 was all around horrible. The wait staff was angry with all the crawlers coming in for the listed specials. The staff was loud about their frustrations. We asked for the margarita special and asked about the $2 taco specials only to be rudely told they were out of tacos and they had no salt for margarita rims. While at this venue, the site updated again. We found that one of the listed venues on the crawl was not opening until 7:00 pm, the crawl was set to end at 8:00pm. We wrote this venue off all together. ANOTHER UPDATE to the site came in adding another venue late in the crawl, we opted to go to this venue. We were so happily surprised to find this venue treating the margarita crawl as an actual crawl. We were not charged a penny for the margaritas. We were so shocked after spending a couple of hundred dollars in addition to the $120 in tickets elsewhere, we stayed here, drank margaritas, ate again and had a great time people watching. Our waitress was polite and helpful. We will totally spend our money back at this venue and not look back at any of the others we visited. In the past every crawl we have ever been involved in you purchased your ticket, got your wrist band and had a limit of 2 margaritas per venue. I have never done a crawl where you pay for a ticket and then pay for your drinks as well. I am so extremely disappointed and will never do a crawl in Indianapolis again which is a shame as we have an amazing city but after yesterday - realizing how many horrible venues we have within it. read more

Terrible experience with this company! They do not return messages, emails, and have no phone number to call with questions and concerns. Refused to refund tickets to a crawl in Portland, OR despite the City's Mayor recommendation of staying out of the city due to a large, potentially violent protest. They delete reviews/comments on social media so that potential buyers cannot see the reviews. This company only cares about taking your money. TOTAL SCAM! DON'T DO IT! My husband and I attended the Margarita Crawl in Cincinnati, OH on 8/31/2019. It was a total scam and I want our money back on the two tickets we purchased. This event was a 100% ripoff! We paid $20 each plus fees for tickets only to be told two days before the event where the locations would even be. Then we were given a list of suggested bars to go to where we could then buy drinks at supposedly discounted prices. What a hoax. The drinks at the bars were the same price for everyone no matter if you were part of the event or not. No one at a single bar even checked to see if you were wearing a blue wristband. So basically we paid $40 to the event coordinator and got nothing for it. We paid more than we would have if we had just went to these bars as general public and bought drinks. We were incredibly disappointed in this event and the coordinators. We will never participate in another event sponsored by Bar Crawl Unlimited and will make sure no one we know does either. read more

The venues were not at participating and the few that were served watered down margaritas. This company is a complete scam! I just participated in the margarita crawl in Indianapolis yesterday 8/3. I was excited to have a girls days out and be an early birthday celebration. I was highly disappointed because the price that we all paid for the ticket got us nothing. Yes there were drink specials at the bars, but they were not exclusive to just those with wristbands. There was one bar that backed out of the crawl without giving us any notice, there was one bar that sold out of their tacos on special within an hour of the crawl starting and there was a third bar that didn't open until 7pm and the crawl ended at 8. Not sure if this was the first time that they have done the crawl but I will not be fooled into buying tickets and participating in this event ever again!!!! read more

Attended a mimosa crawl in Philadelphia on Sunday February 23rd, and the whole experience was a joke. Regular tickets were 24ish bucks, which got you... nothing special? The bars all had "drink specials" for the event attendees, but none of the bars were checking wristbands, so pretty much everybody that walked in off the street was taking advantage of them. Literally each of the bars associated with the crawl ran out of the advertised mimosa specials within the first hour or so of the event- clearly Bar Crawl Unlimited did a piss poor job of communicating to these establishments what kind of turn out to expect. One of the bars told us there was a 15 minute wait to get drinks? What the hell even is that?? I have NEVER been to a bar that was essentially turning people away due to a wait to make drinks. One of the bars on the list wasn't even open. There was supposed to be a free swag bag for the first 100 people in line- my friends and I were within the first 50 people easily, and the 'swag' was cheap ass Mardi gras beads and starburst candies. The drink specials weren't even that great, at least 6$ per tiny-ass mimosa at every bar but one, which actually had decent specials... until they ran out of them, before the event was supposed to end. So disappointed, and from what I've read online it sounds like this company is kind of infamous for this sort of shit. Avoid their events at all costs! read more

DO NOT BUY TICKETS FOR AN EVENT THROUGH THIS COMPANY. If I could give 0 stars I would. This event is a straight up scam. I paid for a ticket and the event was supposed to happen today. They hadn't released any bar options claiming that they can't release until 24-48 hours ahead of time. In reality it's because they haven't found any bars that want to participate in the crawl. They also made the impression that this event was gonna be in power in light Kansas City which is the downtown area where all the bars are. But no they finally released TWO bar options and they're nowhere near downtown. Then less than 24 hours before the event they reschedule until FEBRUARY (it's November). There are people who traveled here and booked hotels for this event and they reschedule it LAST MINUTE. Also, they try to make it seem like you will get free drinks but no they're "drink specials" which you can literally get at happy hour. read more

My group of friends and I attended the Mimosa Festival hosted at The Rock which was by far the worst experience ever! We paid about $50 each and left after 15 minutes after realizing the description of the event was completely different than what was actually happening. Upon entering they gave us the wrong number of drink tickets and when we questioned them they were defensive and rude. They didn't want to give us the right amount until we pulled up the event description. Which makes me wonder how many people didn't receive the correct number of drink tickets. The "merch" was from an older event. There was no entertainment. This event was completely horrible. As we are leaving we speak to the organizer of the event and state our dissatisfaction and disappointment of the event. She seemed nice and gave us her information and guaranteed a refund. The refund was never granted. We contacted customer service repeatedly and every time they failed to get back to us. I would not recommend going to any event organized by this company as they put very little effort into their events that definitely does not represent the price you pay. read more
