The third wave house smoked brisket is worthy of hype for sure. My companion got the shrimp scramble, and we ended up asking if it was normal for the shrimp to be slightly translucent, which it apparently is for rock shrimp! Both entrees were excellent. I also got a bloody Mary which was amazing. Overall I have no notes for this place. Service? Great. Vibes? Great. Food? Great.
