Came early evening to grab a few drinks- we were celebrating a bride to be. This was the perfect place to get the party started. Not long after we arrived, they started setting up the DJ. He was fantastic- music selection was right on target! The service was pretty quick most of the time. It got pretty busy so obviously the service slowed some but we felt taken care of the entire time. The food menu looked very good but we had just eaten dinner so did not get anything food wise. It was a great Irish pub with great vibes. We hung a dollar to celebrate our friend's bachelorette party. Would definitely come back next time we're in town

This place has fallen off pretty bad when it comes to service, I've been coming here for 3 years and the past few visits service has been terrible all around front to back.., I also think the security needs to watch the original road house and learn to be nice and stop acting so tough and looking so miserable... I get it your working people are drinking but I've noticed they have no real skill on how to de escalate... I will say the fish and chips is always a home run I just don't know what happened to the good service that this place once had... I'll try again in a few weeks but for now hopefully someone talks to security if they are so angry and miserable maybe they belong in Daytona ..

What a great find in NSB! We stopped in for a drink, but couldn't pass up an order of the Poutine Tatchos (tots, gravy and poutine). It was absolutely delicious. The bartender and owner both made us feel very welcomed. This Irish style pub is fun, relaxing and genuinely cozy. Don't forget to sign a dollar bill to place on the ceiling! We can't wait to visit again

    Our meal here was amazing!

Ben was an amazing server and not hard on the eyes! Great personality, charming attentive and gave us great recommendations. The bottomless Mimosas got us off to a great start and came in multiple flavors. We tried them all. The wings were crisp and delicious. All of the food was seasoned well and had rich wonderful flavors. Our vegetarian among us said the vegetable wrap was amazing with a great sauce inside. I had one of the best Shepherds Pie's I've ever had. Both the Rueben and the Dublin Double sandwiches tasted fantastic.. For the appetizer we had the Scotch Eggs. They were also great. Go here if you was great service and great Irish food!

Service was friendly and great! Parking was an absolute nightmare in downtown NSB, even the general public parking was full on a Saturday. Food: potato pancakes passed the German papa test! Served with sour cream. The Tatchos with cheese curds were extremely salty; the accompanying Guinness gravy was good. Our mains were hit and miss. Hubby enjoyed his Reuben and the hand cut fries are excellent. My fish and chips was a bust. The shepherd's pie was salty but ok overall. We mainly tried this place for the recommendation of fish and chips - yes in the hand cut chips and pass on the fish - batter too thick and tasteless. We skipped dessert!

We stopped by for lunch and the experience was decent. Our waitress was very efficient and served us well, though wasn't very warm. But that's more of a personality thing, not a big deal. The restaurant was dark and sticky. It felt like a dive bar someone tried to convert to a pub. The menu was laughably not Irish at all. There really weren't any real Irish pub items on the menu. Though at an American beach town, that's not a surprise. For appetizers, we got loaded Reuben tater tots and fried pickles. The portion sizes were good and I really liked the pickles. For mains, I got the blackened mahi mahi sandwich with fries and my boyfriend got a pork sandwich with "zombie" sauce. Both our sandwiches were good, but definitely skip the fries. They were underdone, soggy, and tasted super oily. My mahi and the fried pickles were the best part of our order. If you're hungry and looking to relax, this is a decent stop. Just have some tame expectations.

We stumbled across this Irish pub after a day at the beach and it was exactly what we needed! The drink menu is good and has everything you can think of. The potato skins are a good appetizer. We prefer the mahi mahi sandwich for a meal! The back was super cute with cornhole!

Stopped in here for a quick drink while shopping in downtown New Smyrna Beach. We sat in the back and it was very enjoyable.

Great location in the center of everything. Walking distance from many hotels. Close to beach. Super friendly staff. TV's and music Very cool vibe. Nice menu. We each had a couple of adult beverages One the bill was "$2 for side of water" ????? For a flimsy glass of tap water. Yes it had ice. I could understand the $2 charge if it were bottled water. But when you have dinner or cocktails you really don't expect to pay $2 for a hotel juice cup size of water. Being that September is a notoriously slow month for tourism I don't understand why this $2 for a "side of water" appeared on my bill Nope I didn't ask. At that point I was insulted and left. I sure hope that $2 will keep this business afloat til the tourist slump passes. Slainte !!!

As a local there's no doubt that I've been inside Tayton O'Brians a number of times over the years no matter what my "check-ins" shows, it always seems to be the last stop rather than the first stop though. I've always thought the service here can be hit or miss meaning it can be unbelievably attentive or you can feel like you're invisible, that's a flaw that haunts this place and has since I've been living here for more than a decade. If you do happen to land here at the opportune time it will be a hoot - this place transcends all generations, after all it seems everyone loves an Irish Pub or is it the corned beef and hand cut fries - honestly I'd tweak the Reuben and make it an iconic sandwich (pssst add more of that lean freshly prepared corned beef) in my opinion it's pretty thin which allows the Kraut, the Swiss Cheese, thousand island dressing and toasted bread to over-power the star of the show - since you made the decision to use in-house prepared corned beef pile it on and charge me for it, okay so many words for a lone sandwich. The staff for the most part is on top of things and if they get too busy and my food sits the kitchen usually steps up and delivers it before the food cools down to much - nobody likes cold hand cut fries. I've found the pours are pretty good, especially if you're sitting at the bar with a spread of large bills in front of you, I'm joking sorta. Over-all I think you'll enjoy your time here, we have friends who absolutely love this place and I tend to agree to a point depending on the time of the year - the kitchen can get over-whelmed if it's gets crowded so off-season is probably my favorite time here, they do the salt life very well here when the street are empty and the locals out number the tourists - we live for the off season I'm no longer invisible when I'm paying the bills..

The back bar was super cute and the weather was prefect to enjoy a couple drinks outside. They have a great setup however service was lacking. Super slow and we felt like we got skipped over many times just trying to get a drink.

The design is incredible, they did an outstanding job of using the natural beauty of this Grand Tree and mixing it with a classy/beachy vibe. We sat at the bar on the second floor of the Treehouse that provided a relaxing environment and very welcoming Staff. While interacting with most of the Staff we primarily talked with Alexis, she made you feel like a regular whether you were or not. Alexis was phenomenal, very knowledgeable with their wine and drink menu allowing her to provide great options depending on things you like. We also had great experiences with Sidney, Jackson, and Bri, all assisted in making our visit enjoyable. We planned on drinks, maybe an appetizer, but decided to give dinner a go. As expected, Alexis' knowledge of the food menu was outstanding as she provided great recommendations for dinner. We started with the in house made Zucchini Bread appetizer, simply delicious. For our main courses we had the Prime Sirloin Steak Special, Grilled Shrimp, Sea Scallops, and 4 oz Filet. Everything was perfectly prepared and seasoned, too include the sides, absolutely delightful. Overall, I wish Norwood's was closer to home (Huntsville, AL) because it would be on our frequent flyer list of GoTo restaurants, whether for drinks and appetizers or dinner. If in the area definitely don't miss out of this Gem

It is a bit on the messy side, but that's to be expected with a well-stuffed breakfast burrito. My only issue with the food was the breakfast potatoes--they were noticeably undercooked and still had a raw crunch to them. The coffee was fantastic and came out quickly, which was a nice surprise. The service was also impressive. Despite working behind a very small counter, the team moved efficiently and kept everything flowing smoothly. The one thing that gave me pause was how the coffee was served. It came out without lids, and while customers were leaning over to grab their food, they were talking directly above the uncovered cups. I'm sure no one intended anything by it, but from a guest's perspective it wasn't the best look and raised a small hygiene concern. A simple change, like placing the coffee on one side and food on the other would be a much better aesthetic. Overall, Luma delivers great food, excellent coffee, and a welcoming atmosphere. With a small tweak to the coffee service and a little more attention to the breakfast potatoes, this would easily be one of my favorite breakfast spots on Flagler Avenue.
