Perfect size. Fun munchie options. Will accommodate vegan food options. I was surprised the theme of a rogue wave was not carried further through the place though what they did was decent. The outside sitting area is really nice if the weather is warm enough. I thought the inside area would have more comfy spots to sit, but it had tables and a long bar with barstools and a few little cozy areas. They seem to be big on participating in events, which is fun and I think they have great potential. Staff was great. Will go again. They have the Crimson House to contend with as far as a wine bar goes but if they get creative, I think there's room for 2 fun wine bars in NSB.

Have followed this business on Instagram for a few weeks now and saw them post the most cutesy drink so decided I needed to pay a visit sooner than later. A few of my friends and I met up here for drinks and girl dinner. Upon entering the smells of deliciousness were in the air and we were immediately greeted by friendly staff. We tried an array of things and they all were amazing. We sat inside but did walk out to the patio which had plenty of seating and on this particular night they also had live music and blankets for the chilly weather. A must visit!

If you're a lover of wine and crave something new in the NSB area, the Rogue Wave Wine Bar is a must-visit. Nestled near Island Roasters on the north causeway, this charming wine bar delivered a delightful experience. From the moment you step inside, you're enveloped in a welcoming ambiance that's perfect for relaxing, socializing with friends or family, and indulging in both wine and conversation. The wine selection is out of this very nice. Whether you're a seasoned wine lover or just someone looking to explore, the staff is incredibly knowledgeable and enthusiastic about helping you discover the perfect wine. They feature a diverse range of wines from all over the world so visitors should find something they like. The owner was more than happy to provide recommendations based on your preferences. But here's the real kicker: the small plates. Oh, the small plates! Each dish is crafted with care, showcasing fresh, local ingredients in ways that surprise and delight. Our party of four ordered a variety of small plates and they were very good. It's amazing what the chef can cook up in his small kitchen. There is a nice patio (with heaters in case of cool weather) and on the Friday we stopped in, there was live music. Perfect for a casual night out, a date, or even a special celebration, this is a place where the wine flows freely, and the food was something to write home about. Go ahead and treat yourself--you won't regret it.

Rogue Wave has quickly become our go to spot when visiting from SoCal. It is the perfect place for any occasion. Whether you're looking to unwind after a long day at work, catchup with the girls, celebrate a birthday, or have a romantic evening with your partner, they have multiple seating arrangements that suit any scenario. They even have heaters and blankets on the patio for chilly nights! As far as the menu goes, the wine selection was quit impressive and pairs well with the uniquely curated tapas menu. I was equally impressed with how knowledgeable the staff was. Their recommendations were spot on. Can't wait to back!

Happy hour Whipped feta , happy hour tuna crostini

NSB hidden gem! Wanted to avoid crowded Flagler Ave and found this lovely wine bar. Very relaxing and beautifully decorated. The wine list is spectacular , over 30 options by the glass. Lots of interesting new ones to try, my sever let me sample a few before I made my decision. The happy hour menu was great we had the whipped feta which is just perfect with wine. They had several wines on their happy hour for $6 . My husband had the bbq chicken flatbread which had lots of chicken and the home made BBQ sauce was delicious. We will definitely be back on a weekend for their live music! Go check this place out you won't be disappointed

    Great music and company

Cozy and very welcoming wine bar. Love the atmosphere with live music and relaxing vibes. We loved the whipped feta dip and the meatballs. Yum! The rock shrimp special was the best shrimp I've ever had. Definitely my new local hangout spot. Christi was our server and she was awesome!

For the mains, the tender steak paired beautifully with cheese crumbles, while the fresh fish over creamy polenta and charred asparagus was rich and decadent. We topped it all off with a flawless crème brûlée featuring a perfectly shattered sugar crust. While the kitchen team is firing on all cylinders, your seating choice will entirely dictate your experience. The outside seating is lovely, relaxing, and wonderfully quiet--perfect for a peaceful dinner. However, the inside seating gets incredibly noisy and loud, making it difficult to hold a conversation. We highly recommend requesting a table on the patio to enjoy this phenomenal meal in the fresh air.

Every time I am in town I eat here at least 2 times, if not more. Amazing space, positive and happy employees, amazing service. My most recent visit was 5/24/26. Our server was Kaley and what a doll! On her game the entire time we were dining. We had great conversations with her and she was professional and attentive. She recognized us from prior visits and acknowledged that, which is a sign of true professionalism. The food is always enjoyable. I had a lobster roll on this day and it was great. Will always come here while in New Smyrna Beach. As a matter of fact, my daughter will be celebrating a huge life moment here at the end of June, her choice. It's going to be epic and another fabulous time will be had by all. Cannot wait!!!

We sat at the outdoor bar ordered some happy hour drinks which they offer $5 margaritas and $6 house wines all day, every day. Nick was extremely tentative and even provided us with waters without us having to request it. The $6 wine pours come in a large sized glass and the size pour was decent! Once seated at our table we were served by Bri and she made some good recommendations. For apps we had the Cuban candy as an app and it was a huge hit at our table. On Thursdays they do a "prime rib special" which isn't really a special as far as pricing instead it is more so a special that is offered only on Thursdays for $44. 2 people from my party ordered it and they were satisfied. I ordered the chimichurri chicken sandwich which is a new menu item. The portion size of the chicken was good, however, the chimichurri / sauce seemed to lack. Also I wasn't a huge fan of their house sweet potato chips, they weren't bad, they were just okay, however, I would opt to have French fries next time. As far as ambiance, the inside is quite small which I got worried about sound and talking amongst my party but that wasn't an issue. They don't seem to take reservations unless your party is of 6 or more.

Nestled right into the charm of Canal Street, this small, quaint pizza tavern feels like a natural extension of New Smyrna Beach itself: inviting, authentic, and quietly confident in what it delivers. The garlic knots are non-negotiable. Perfectly crunchy on the outside with a soft, pillowy center, they hit the table with an immediate wave of buttery garlic aroma that tells you you're in the right place. One bite confirms it -- bold flavor, ideal texture, and executed with precision. Easily among the best garlic knots you'll find anywhere. Prima separates itself through craftsmanship. Homemade hot honey, house-pickled onions, and carefully selected toppings show a kitchen that cares about the details. Nothing feels mass-produced; every component tastes intentional. I've long been a fan of their pizza, but after trying the Sicilian, there's a new leader in the clubhouse. Thick yet remarkably airy, with a beautiful structure and deep flavor, it balances comfort and sophistication in a way that keeps you reaching for "just one more" slice. Equally memorable is the staff -- outstanding across the board. Attentive without hovering, friendly without being scripted, and genuinely knowledgeable about the menu. The kind of team that elevates the entire experience and makes you want to return. Prima Pizza Cucina isn't chasing trends; it's quietly perfecting the fundamentals while adding thoughtful, creative touches. In a town known for local character, this is exactly the type of place that defines a dining scene.

My husband and I ordered the grouper tacos, and they were a bit disappointing -- mostly cabbage with very little fish, and on the dry side. The cocktails were $17 each (before tax and tip), which would be fine if they matched the experience, but they were served in regular plastic cups, which felt out of place for such an upscale setting.
