He took the time to explain the process, tested the stain properly, and finished everything with a very durable satin conversion varnish that looks beautiful and feels right for a commercial space. What stood out most was how balanced the final result is. The wood has warmth and depth, but it still looks refined and clean rather than overly dark or muddy. The finish brought the wainscoting and bar together really nicely and gave the whole café a much more polished, cohesive feel. It looks high end in person. He was also professional, clear in communication, and easy to work with throughout. If you need someone for wood staining and finishing, especially for millwork or custom interior woodwork, I would definitely recommend him.
