You have everyone from almost every walk of life and everyone is so supportive and welcoming. It's also one of the only gyms in the area that follows its own programming. Tom, the owner of the affiliate, does the programming and is very knowledgeable about progressive overload and corrective exercise. I've been training my entire life but since starting at FRSC 6 months ago I've progressed SO much! CrossFit can be a bit intimidating but I promise you'll love it! Weight ball, tire push, variation of squats with weights, step-ups .. when I tell you my thighs are on fire and my abdomen is letting me know I used muscles I thought gave up on me.
