Most of the items available for purchase are in the back. Shelves stocked with bowls, mugs, plates, trays, and more of all different shapes and sizes. If you're looking for a collection of products, have no fear. Looking for a gift for a friend? Wanting a piece of art in your own home, perhaps? The staff here are amazing! Helpful and not pushy at all. I ended up leaving with a few great unique selects! A beautiful espresso cup, one of their famous knuckle ring mugs, a candle, a matcha bowl, and an artsy bowl / mug for a friend. I loved these mushroom looking pieces in the front. I thought it was for artistic display only, but they also can be used as a plate / bowl! Expensive, but so so so exquisite. If you purchase a candle from them, you can always go back in to get a refill (not sure how much they charge for that). All of the items were wrapped with the utmost of care. Be sure to let then know if something is a gift for someone too cause they can wrap it in its own separate bag for you.

We went to Match which is right around the corner and were told that they were closed and that we should come back after the holidays. Today wife goes there and she is blatantly told that they have a no return policy. Do not buy gifts from these people as you cannot return them. I think we will start a claim with our credit card company and see what they can do about this.

Woo-hoo! I had been wanting stainless steel kitchen scissors, but I refuse to pay the $20 price I had been seeing in the chain stores. I found a great pair here for less than half that price. The kind that allows you to separate the blades to ensure a thorough washing so there won't be any food bacteria buildup between the blades. I even found, and purchased, some small glass soft boiled egg holders. Who sells those anymore? They each have a removable silicone collar for easy washing. A small detail, but appreciated. I had to walk through the aisles twice to make sure I didn't miss anything because there were so many items to see. And if you can't find what you're looking for, just ask the owners for help. They will be more than happy to help you. So, I found a good selection, fair reasonable pricing, offered by a couple of very fine people. I got what I needed and I supported a local merchant. I'd say that was a win-win.

Every aisle had something interesting, practical, and just plain clever. The store was well organized, fun to explore, and full of items that made me think, "Why didn't I know this existed?" Whether you're a serious home cook or just enjoy discovering useful gadgets, this place is definitely worth a visit.

Ernie and the rest of the staff were super helpful. They answered all of our questions and took their time with us. We were able to touch and feel every piece and there's even a counter so you can sit down and really imagine what it would be like to have their dinnerware in your home. After we checked out a member of staff offered to help us bring our plates out to our car and he did. A proper gentleman if I do say so myself. Heath are not only top notch ceramics but also did a great job choosing a staff who are kind and helpful. Support local. It's worth the price tag. Can't wait to own more.

We had…read moreno idea what to get him, so I asked his wife FeiFei J., who made a few devastatingly practical suggestions, but also mentioned that they could use a serving bowl to go with the rest of their kitchenware. I'm also on this side of 35, so I love pretty home shit and decided this was the way to go. FeiFei told me they got their plates and bowls from Heath Ceramics, which is based in L.A. I don't know anything about ceramics, but I liked what I saw on the website and picked out a serving platter and large serving bowl in opaque white, as well as a London Plane cutting board. I placed the order online and noticed that the store was near my house, and that pick-up would save us shipping and let me see some nice ceramics in person. I got an email notification once the order arrived, and was given a two-week pick-up window. I was pleased to find the shop right next door to Urban Pet, even sharing a free parking lot (I picked up 50 pounds of dog food while I was there). The place was extremely attractive, well stocked with beautiful ceramics and other home goods. My order was ready to go, but I spent some time browsing the displays before one of the very nice staff members carried the box to my car. Matt B. and I have been considering buying new dishware, and there's a decent chance we'll copy Bret and FeiFei and get in on some Heath Ceramics.
