I had a very disappointing experience at the Santa Monica Ferguson Home showroom this afternoon. I had a scheduled appointment with Marinell at 3:30 PM. I arrived on time, checked in at the front desk, and was told I could browse the showroom while they let her know I had arrived. The showroom was very quiet--there were actually more sales associates than customers, with several sitting at their desks--yet no one approached me to ask if I needed help. I wasn't concerned at first since I had an appointment. After about 10 minutes, I checked back in with reception and was told Marinell was "wrapping up a phone call." I sat in the small waiting area next to the front desk. While waiting, I overheard another sales associate remark to the receptionist something along the lines of, "I don't know why Marinell does this--she knows she has an appointment and keeps chatting on the phone," which suggested this might not be an isolated occurrence. At 3:43 PM, I went back to the desk and explained that if she wasn't available by 3:45 (a reasonable 15-minute grace period), I would have to leave. I had other appointments scheduled that afternoon. I was again told she would be "right over." She never came. At 3:45, I left. This was especially frustrating because I was prepared to spend a significant amount of money on a bathroom remodel and had specifically made the appointment to start that process. With multiple sales associates present and the showroom nearly empty, it was surprising that no one stepped in to assist. The overall experience felt unprofessional and dismissive, and the atmosphere came across as somewhat indifferent to customers' time. I expected better from a showroom with Ferguson's reputation. Unfortunately, I'll be taking my business elsewhere. read more

You have got to go check it out! It's like the Twilight Zone. There is some weird energy in here. They are like not real human beings in here and I cannot describe it, but you must see it for yourself. Not quite Stepford, but a little bit Pretty Woman "It's VERRRY expensive lady" blended with the twilight zone episode where they are actually all manniquins that come to "life" during the day. The showroom is acceptable, if you can find someone to show you around it and the parking lot is laughable. You'll be glad you have full coverage when you're trying to exit. read more

stupid. I were buying a wall mount heater for my tenant out of state, they can not figure out a way to charge my credit card, checking account or debit card due to different zip code. So I bought it from ACWholesaler instead and Fergusonhome doesn't care. read more

DO NOT Buy Here! Spend $$$ on high-end appliances and get no customer support for install. Sales and Installation are like separate companies. Installation team won't execute unless electrical and structure are perfect but won't provide needed details to make it perfect for them. Don't leave a message, nobody calls back. Several appointments, no installation. You eventually will have to hire other resources. Buy elsewhere. read more

This is a mixed review. I was first working with a woman who really dropped the ball on helping me. I reached out many times and never heard back from her. When I finally did because I threatened to take my business elsewhere she responded, with no apology. I finally scheduled an in person meeting to finalize my decision, and she didn't show up, instead referred me to Ronni, who stepped in to save the day. Ronnie is AWESOME to work with. And really did his best to help me get the right fridge. I do not feel their customer service overall is on the ball enough or cares about individual clients who just are ordering one appliance. They seem to cater to designers. That being said Ronnie is a great customer service agent. read more

The showroom set up is nice but I would place your order with Snyder Diamond- the customer service at Ferguson is atrocious. I have had to call every other day for an update on my order and the ETA gets changed constantly. I've left messages for the showroom sales agent to please give me a call and haven't gotten a call back. Once you place an order it's non refundable so as soon as you place the order they have no incentive to follow up or to help you. I placed my other order with Snyder Diamond and they give you a UPS tracking and will follow up and give you a status on your order- neither of these were offered or done with Ferguson. read more

This review is about the Santa Monica showroom location only- The showroom is beautiful with lots of high end items to choose from, hence the two stars. The customer service is awful! We went in on a Saturday afternoon and there were four employees and we were the only ones there. No one asked us if we needed help and when we asked for help the employee sitting at the desk acted like we were bothering him. He wasn't super helpful and answered our questions only with a "yes" or "no". On another occasion I had a question so I phoned the showroom several times during business hours and no one answered so I left a message. No one ever returned the call so I called back to speak with supervisor Tori hoping she could answer my questions. Left a voice mail but she never returned my call. No more Ferguson for me. Thank you Pascal !! Pascal helped me when I called though I didn't place the order through Ferguson. I remembered Ferguson from when we renovated our kitchen about 7 years ago. I needed to find a microwave with specific dimensions, to replace the microwave inside a pre-built cabinet. The regular sources such as Home Depot and Best Buy were not helpful. Pascal couldn't have been more kind and helped me identify an appropriate microwave that would fit my cabinet. read more

Worker at the front was talking so loud multiple times about some women eating less sugar he knows and how it was great cause that would be less inches on her waist. So gross and disappointing to hear a man objectifying a woman during what should've been a pleasant shopping experience. Totally not acceptable work conversation. Very classless. I found the 2 toilets I wanted to buy but ordered them from Snyder diamond instead. Do better. I will never come back and will tell my friends who are recent homeowners not to as well. read more

Worst customer service EVERRRRR!!! Employees at the Woodland Hills location literally made us choose somewhere else for our entire house remodeling supplies. It's very unfortunate because we loved everything that they had at that store. We were going to spend thousands of dallars since we are doing our entire house. They need to make sure who represents them because those employees are loosing all their business. We started with the toilets ended up returning them because of lack of customers service. Roni H. went above and beyond to get us the LG wash tower my wife fell in love with. The LG tower is amazing and the technology features with the app is awesome as well. The people at Ferguson are very nice but I'm so sorry I purchase stuff from California Facets. The shipping delay was a long time, and it kept getting extended. Once my fixtures arrived the colors didn't match so I then had to wait another month. See the photos below. I also just now noticed that my shower piece the color doesn't match but it's already been installed so it's too late to change it. California Facets doesn't even list Ferguson as one of their vendors on their site. In any event I would stay clear from California Facets. read more

Two years ago my husband and I walked into Ferguson in Santa Monica to browse plumbing and lighting fixtures for a master bath remodel. During this visit, we met with Eric Gonzalez who was not only pleasant, but very knowledgeable about the products and had a good eye for detail. We met with him a couple of times after that and ended up ordering everything we needed, which included sinks, tub, lighting fixtures, medicine cabinets, towel bars, etc. We are very happy with all of our choices. We reached out to him again recently for face lift for another bathroom and relied on his expertise. He even offered a solution for an existing shower which we didn't think of. If I could give zero stars I would! The product quality is top grade, which stands in stark contrast to the customer service. The staff couldn't be less interested in helping you nor are they knowledgeable about pricing or lead times. I walked in on a Saturday afternoon and the place was a ghost town. When someone did arrive to help I was met with an attitude that my questions were too much of a burden to answer. I was prepared to spend a considerable sum for new appliances, but the attitude of ingratitude had me leave the premises. Perhaps others did the same that Saturday as well because as I said the place was empty. read more

What a funny trip to Ferguson. We're currently doing a small remodel and our GC told us to check out the store to figure out what we want. One of the associates (luckily I can't remember her name) asked if we needed help and we explained what we were looking for and asked for prices for two vanities. That just broke her. She spent the next 10 minutes flustered over her laptop explaining the internet was slow. We asked what the material was and what was included (slab? Hardware? Etc.). She didn't know but pointed to the post it note on top saying that was the spec to look up. I looked it up and it was the spec for the faucet, not the vanity. She then continued to flounder trying to look up the vanities. Then as we were talking about one of the vanities, she picked up her laptop and slipped away. We saw her power walking in the opposite direction. Zero questions answered! Just ran away! Lol. What's the point of being a sale associate if you don't know anything about you products, can't answer any questions, and then run away from potential customers? Anyway, the show room isn't huge but it has a good small variety of items to look at. Don't expect help from the one awkward lady with panicky eyes though. Purchased "in stock" double wall oven on May 5, 2021. Finally delivered at the end of OCTOBER. I thought that would be the end of my problems. I'm now still waiting for installation. It's now the end of DECEMBER. Every phone call to them results in hold times of 10-30 minutes before anyone ever picks up. Their delivery and installation charges are outrageous ($728+), and I was double charged for delivery which means I'm going to be on the phone with them again to straighten that out. This will most certainly be the last time I ever use them for an appliance purchase. read more

Apparently because the delivery address was different than the billing for a $168 purchase, it was cited for risk and three emails were sent to Ronnie Hernandez. The loser never contacted me. The first time I went into Fergusons was to purchase a water filter for under my sink. I wish I remember the guys name who helped me because he was very helpful and took a lot of time with me. When I went back to Ferguson's to return the Water filter I had a totally different experience, sadly! Walking through the entrance of Fergusons, I noticed a customer with no mask on coming out! :( I stood in line waiting my turn and noticed that the men working behind the counter we're also not wearing masks! Very upsetting! In hindsight I should've left! When it was my turn I expressed my disappointment that no one was wearing a mask! The gentleman helping me was the only person wearing a mask behind the counter and he asked the others in to put their masks. When the masks were on their faces, they were wearing them below their noses :( I don't get it? Sadly I won't be doing business with Fergusons in the future and I have shared this information with many of friends who use Fergusons. Sad really !! read more

I was having a horrible time dealing with Ferguson on the phone, so I left a poor review. I ended up booking an in person appointment and I couldn't have been happier. Marinell was very helpful and patient with all my questions and helped me find some great products. I highly recommend booking an appointment.
