Great place to buy tile, though. So many wonderful choices. Their railroad tile and marble always make me wander from my initial reasons for being there. BUT I'm reviewing this location based my experience with warranties and their customer service. Every time I walk in this place, I feel awkward because I have NO IDEA which people are customers and which are employees. They all seem to be chatting and casually hanging out. If you can pry one away, they know exactly what they are doing; Very efficient and knowledgeable. Anyway, they replaced the broken part no charge but they didn't have it in stock. Still, great company. Oh and I don't know that they have a lot and the metered parking is overtaken by Urth customers. There is a little road a building or 2 away the intersects Melrose that has more metered parking. read more

I've been dealing with Waterworks plumbing fixtures for 10 years. In that time I've had to replace 1 shower valve, 2 faucet valves, 1 bathtub hose, 1 sink hose, 1 sink nozzle head (which after 1 year needs to be replaced again) and lots of other washers, fittings and toilet repair kits. I'm writing today, because I just received notice that I need to wait until September for a hose for the bathtub that was ordered 6 weeks ago has been delayed. IMO the products look good - which is why designers like them, but their performance is very poor. If you need a part (all proprietary), it's a minimum 2 months wait! I'm tempted to replace all of the waterworks fixtures 2 tubs, 5 showers, 7 sinks, 7 toilets with something from Home Depot or Lowes. And never listen to a designer again!!!! read more

Spent about 30 minutes talking to a sales representative who had middling interest in assisting us. Friendly enough with a few brief spurts of enthusiasm but far from proactive. We left with a clear promise that she would get right on a quote and email it to us. 6 days later and nothing. I'll leave it at that. read more

Sometimes I dream big. Sometimes I dream I've a lot more money than I do. In those dreams I often buy creatively designed, high quality bath and kitchen fixtures from waterworks. $5000 trash can? Sure! I'll take two! Sure, In my dreams... This beautiful store is well laid out and a very pleasant place to shop. The staff is well informed and offers great design advice without condescension or snootiness. Not everything here is out of reach crazy expensive -- and most everything is unique to Waterworks. You'll definitely find items here that will help your designs stand out. Uh, oh. I think I must have been sleep walking again, because the package of tiles I ordered in one of my opulent dreams arrived super quickly-- less than within the week they dreamily promised! I really love Waterworks' collections for tile and hardware but my review is based solely on this location. First of all, this location in tiny. The one in NYC is way better. The sales associates are ok. The woman was nice and approachable but the guy was rude. He made me feel like I was bothering him. That's never good. Seriously, how can you expect to make sales when you make people feel uncomfortable? Besides, 8 week lead time is a little steep. I'm on a deadline. I'll look elsewhere. This is my first ever Yelp review. I'm writing to warn potential customers. The hardware looks beautiful but two of the products that I purchased were broken within the first couple months of use. A water dispenser that I ordered in October 2018 is still on backorder. I've contacted customer service to NO avail. At the time I ordered from Waterworks, I ordered plumbing fixtures from a reasonably-priced vendor. They are functioning perfectly. Wish I had been warned against Waterworks. read more

I called to get information on a new faucet the woman who answered the phone was completely unhelpful and downright rude. Then I emailed a saleswoman she never got back to me and finally wrote to the corporate headquarters and they never called or emailed me back. RUDE RUDE RUDE! beautiful fixtures, not a great company to deal with if you need help with parts down the line. be careful, that should be a huge consideration when spending top dollar! you spend a lot in the present and it could end up costing you dearly in the future. very disappointed. when i received a replacement part for a tub fixture, the new part was made differently. customer service said "we have no records of when parts change, your plumber should be able to rebuild the new part and make it fit." at my expense of course. really? read more
