Even recommended some good brands and suggestions where to shop. He could have charged me allot to replace door lock assembly and fix off balance basket. Didnt go throught the features of the oven as we were told he would/should. Him and his partner popped it in, left the wall bracket on the counter and flew out. It was NYE so I didnt think too much of it. Unfortunately, the oven didnt work. 45+ minutes to heat up - and thats IF it got to temp at all. The convection never worked either. I called the store the next day and was told by an associate that the issues I was experiencing were normal for that unit. After significant push back, he said he would order a replacement but that it was on backorder for the next week. I agreed. 2 days before the supposed redelivery, my gut told me to call the store to confirm. Our sales person, Smokey Jeff, said he didnt know what I was talking about and that he'd call me back the next day after speaking with the warehouse. He never called. The day after, my husband calls and speaks to a manager who listened to the challenges, apologized and ordered a replacement to be delivered the next day. Redelivery day has arrived!! Ruben and his partner were very professional and kind. He took time to review all features and make sure everything was working. He even I stalled the wall clip. I had forgotten to take my baking pans out of the bottom drawer of the old oven and Ruben brought them back to me.
