I set up an appointment and had to reschedule because I had complications at work so I couldn't get out in time for my appointment so I called with plently of time before hand to let them know and i rescheduled for 3 pm, I show up 15 mins early for them to tell me that they messaged and called me to tell me they just rescheduled me for 5 pm..... I never got any call or message telling me that. very unprofessional. and they couldn't even offer me a different barber. if I show up at the time I'm scheduled and you tell me to come back 2 hours later. I'm not coming back and never will. I'll be sure to pass the word around how y'all do business. clearly don't like having new customers. read more

So I decided to try out this barbershop for the first time today and I was very disappointed after my visit. The ratings are a 5/5 online but that was not the case for me. I told and showed the barber exactly what I wanted and he decided to do the complete opposite of what I asked for. A simple skin fade and combover turned into a mohawk of some sort. I told him to go straight up on the sides and not round it at the top and that's exactly what he did. I also told him to keep some hair on the sides so it doesn't give that effect and he went way too high up. This was probably one of the worst haircuts I've gotten in a while and is at the point where I am going to buzz it all off later tonight. I am writing this base on my experience with Jacob. He is new at this location. I hope he stays here for a while. He has done such a great job cutting my hair. He is welcoming and pleasant. The location is nice, bigger than the original. I am very satisfied with their treatment. One thing I wish is if the client is requesting a barber of their preference the other barbers should respect the client's request and don't make a big deal out of it. Specially in the weekends when no appointments aren't necessary. The barber shouldn't be pushy and honor the clients request. read more

This is my GoTo place for my hair and beard cut. I was fortunate enough to get my first cut with Jacob, who also has a beard. He has an eye for detail and is really good with the shears and razor. He knows his craft and is friendly and available. I've been having to request appointments lately as they do get busy. Came in right at 430 thinking they closed at 5 on a Sunday. They informed me they were closed, but Daniel said he would take me. Daniel did an amazing job, and even though I came in at closing, he was extremely thorough and very nice. Quite possibly the best haircut and beard trim I have received. I have been coming to this location for about a year now and multiple barbers have cut my hair and they have all done a great job. The last 3-4 times I've come I've gotten my haircut done by Jacob and he is outstanding. He really goes the extra mile on a mid-fade and the time he takes really shows. It's hard to find a barber that "knows what they're doing rather than thinks they know what they're doing". Had to try this new location out, found out that Ronnie or Ronny who I believe is the owner is usually found here who I found out to be the foundation of the business. I could see that as I waited for my cut he was very involved in coaching what seem to be some young barbers. His approach to Customer care was amazing but why wouldn't it be when it his Name and literally a Logo Image that looks like him is on the door. In regards to my haircut it turned out as expected for what you will pay for an $18 dollar cut. Yes I was happy with it but I was happy because I had expectations already pre-set of what it is expected for an $18 buzz cut, and that is pretty much what you get. As I walked in a customer in the second chair was mocking me for wearing a mask with the approval of his barber. The owner says all employees wear masks. Well not true.
