The waitress was incredibly welcoming and soon returned with a basket of warm tortilla chips and three kinds of salsa. That's when I knew--I had found the real deal. One salsa was mild, the second had a medium kick, and the third--an orange one--was pure fire . I laughed to myself and thought, "Yup, this is going to be good." And it was. All three salsas were absolutely delicious. Then came the food: a steaming bowl of shrimp soup and a plate of mouthwatering birria tacos. The smell alone made my stomach growl. The shrimp broth was rich and flavorful--absolutely hypnotic. I'd order it again without hesitation. As for the tacos? I smothered them in the green salsa and devoured them so fast, it was like I was drinking them. I was that hungry--and they were that good.
