One salsa was mild, the second had a medium kick, and the third--an orange one--was pure fire . I laughed to myself and thought, "Yup, this is going to be good." And it was. All three salsas were absolutely delicious. Then came the food: a steaming bowl of shrimp soup and a plate of mouthwatering birria tacos. The smell alone made my stomach growl. The shrimp broth was rich and flavorful--absolutely hypnotic. I'd order it again without hesitation. As for the tacos? My husband though was truly blown away by the maduros which tasted like ones he had in childhood in PR (the best he's had in forever).
