I know that I gave this place 5 stars, but to be honest, this has to be the best Taco Bell location I have ever been to. When we pulled into the drive-thru we were warmly greeted by an employee who politely took our order and made sure to read it back to us so we didn't mess up and possibly miss something. When we got to the window, she greeted us again and continued to be pleasant until we drove off. The food here was also made fresh and they made sure to get it to us very quickly. Overall, the food was typical Taco Bell food, no more bells and whistles, but it was hot and made right. What sealed the deal for us was the staff here who treated us nicely and made sure to ask us all the right questions. This is the reason this particular location deserves 5 stars. read more

Literally one of the worst fast food places in the area! They can't get their orders correct. My last 2 orders: Tacos were placed at the bottom of the bag, were crushed by the other contents, I ended up with taco pieces and filing on the bottom, what a mess! Missing the burrito supreme. Rice and beans barely half filled the container. Last night, i ordered a burrito supreme, soft taco supreme, beans & rice, nacho fries and a dozen cinnabons. My wife went to pick up the order. The result: Soft taco flatted in the bottom of the bag, Some sort of nacho shell taco, about 10 nacho fries, the cinnabons were literally forced into a soft drink cop, so half were flattened, NO BURRITO SUPREME, and about 10 napkins (for fill?). On 11-8-2015 I bit into a burrito and THERE WAS A CHUNK OF PLASTIC IN IT!!!!!!! Had to deal with an incompetent rude white male with a barb wire tattoo around his forearm. Wish I caught his name so that I could report him. Ordered a queserito and a loaded burrito both with added lettuce & tomato. Receieved a skinny tube-looking tortilla filled with just meat and cheese. The other was not a queserito. It was clearly a burrito. (I only order queseritos when I go, so I know what they look like) Went back inside and politely told them we received the wrong order. The rude kid working started arguing with us telling us we were wrong, took apart the little tortilla and was shaking it over the trashcan saying everything was in it... Hello, it was just in my mouth- I think I'd know whether or not there was lettuce and tomato in it. He refused to re-make my queserito but made my friend a new burrito. We get back in the car and I take ONE BITE and feel something hard and smooth. I pull it out of my mouth and it was a sharp piece of plastic!!!!! We went back through the drive thru this time and gave them all our food, obviously refusing to eat it at this point. Received our 9 dollars back.. they got my order wrong which I was very clear about. I didn't notice until I got home. Had to go back. I told them the items that were missing. All I wanted was those items. The "supervisor" who was also the guy that took the order kept insisting that that is what I said I wanted. I said that twice I said the I don't want the rice and beans. I never said anything else about the other items. He knew he screwed but instead of admitting he was wrong and just giving me the missing items, he said do you want your money back. I said fine. After leaving I noticed he shorted me $1. I went back in. Again I said I just want my missing items, he could have the money back. He told me no, that he would not serve me, and that I was not to ever come back to his store again. I left and said FU. The previous owners were very nice. These people are new and service sucks. I will never go back, ever. Besides I loved the Taco salad and not much else I like on the menu except the tacos, but never again. read more

Awful. They didn't give us half our order. We did separate checks and they asked us for more money and then when we saw we didn't get half the order they claimed we did not give them extra money and after accusing us of lying and twenty minutes of them literally counting the money in the draws they found our extra money and still were insultingly rude about it. I have had some good and bad experiences here. They normally get my order wrong in fact some times i will sit in the drive through and check if they got my order right it happens about 1/7 of the time however this time they have truly enraged me, what have they done you may ask, well my child they have washed my taco. I am not sure how they did it but perhaps they put the lettuce in a bowl and not a strainer or forget to let the water out. But how ever they did it my taco was wet. Worst service I have ever had there was a girl on the mic through the drive through. She was extremely rude; had me wait five minutes before she took my order. Then proceeded to be rude because she had to do her job and take my order. I pull up she's no where to be seen and has someone else taking my money and giving me my food. None the less we have no hot sauce which I requested; and our food is extremely old and the beans were old they looked liked dried up paper on my freaking nachos.
