They have a vast menu and they have breakfast service. The food was good, prepared to order and served timely. There is no table service. Your order is prepared and they call your name to come pickup at a window. The restaurant is easily accessible and there is ample parking. Everything looked clean and neat. The problem I have with this restaurant is the price and overall pricing structure. This restaurant is very pricey. Nothing is included, either. Fries aren't included with a cheeseburger, for example. You would think that the price they charge, they would throw in an extra or two. I know they don't give free fries at large franchise places but this is another type of restaurant. So by the time you order main item plus a side plus a pricey fountain drink, this is a costly place. My cheeseburger didn't feel cooked all the way through. No one comes to the table to make sure your order is okay. It just felt empty against the hype backdrop. I'll give it another try but I'm sure prices won't have gone down.

Just finger-licking food at VERY reasonable prices. The staff were- as always- cheerful & knowledgable, and we got a variety of their house-made bbq sauces. The place is super cool and has a lot going on. The service at Quentin's is pretty quick. You order at the window, get your number, and find a place to sit either inside or outside. Overall, a unique addition to the KC BBQ scene. Worth a visit for sure.

I also loved the mac 'n' cheese bowl that was topped with brisket and crispy fried onions. Bowls are so trendy, but so good in the BBQ world. I ordered the ribs with two sides, which were coleslaw and potato salad. She brought out the food, and I had a slice of bread on top of my ribs, which I was not happy about since I have celiac. Typically most barbecue places if they serve bread will serve it on the side, not smack dab on top of the meal. I should've also told her no bread, but I wasn't expecting it to be on top of it. I ended up just giving the top ribs to my husband since I usually don't finish my ribs anyways. The ribs were barely lukewarm, unfortunately. Their sauce is a sweeter sauce, which I prefer, but I thought it was just OK. The ribs were generally fine and the coleslaw was good and so was the potato salad. I would say out of the whole meal the potato salad was the best. My husband was not happy with his sandwich because the beef was kind of dried out. He had been to this restaurant once before as a guest of a friend, and at that time, the beef was more tender and thicker sliced. I thought that the rib plate meal was reasonable at $17 with two sides. The sandwich by itself was $18 which wasn't that great considering the meat was dried out. It was just a casual restaurant with a homestyle feel to it. It was clean and so were the restrooms. We would not particularly go back just because the main thing which is a barbecue it was just OK.

I ordered a combo sandwich with pulled beef brisket and smoked polish sausage. It was huge! The sausage was nice and smoky. The brisket was good and wasn't dry. My boyfriend also got a combo sandwich with brisket and burnt ends. I tried a burnt end and it was quite tender and juicy. Was the meat the best I've ever had? No, but for the price point and the quantity it's definitely good and I'd go back. I'd probably try something other than brisket. For sides we got a small Mac and cheese, a small bbq bean, and a large fry. They said a small serves one, a large serves two. I would argue that the large serves at least 3 and a small could serve two. Again huge portions. The fries were like McDonald's and were delicious. The Mac was ok.
