If only 0 stars were an option. I used to go to tease salon in Newport Beach to get my extensions put in but since it was a far drive, I opted for this place that a friend referred me to. She changed my extensions, said they were good quality and charged me $400+. I can't shower without spending a solid 30 minutes detangling the extensions and I'm pretty sure almost half of the hair has fallen out. I've only had these extensions for about 2 months at most. I use a shampoo specifically for extensions and NEVER had this problem with the extensions my previous hairdresser gave me (which I had for a good 7 months) I honestly can't begin to explain what a ripoff this was. Don't waste your time or money and PLEASE go elsewhere. This service was absolute trash. read more

I will never ever go back to this place again! The girl/guy whatever you wanna call it damaged my hair so bad that I had to cut all my hair off! I went to this salon because one of my friends claimed they did a "great job." I regret it so bad! I had beautiful long healthy platinum blonde hair (my normal hair color is black) and I had had blonde for over a year. Everyone envied my long healthy blonde hair was. I decided I wanted to give my hair a little break from all the bleaching so I decided to do a light brown ombre color. After 3 months the brown turn into a golden blonde. After being so iffy about trying this place I decided to give it a chance. When I arrived "Jocelyn" was the one that greeted me. I explained to her that I was very particular on how I liked my hair and how much I would l take care of my hair. I told her i wanted to go back to blonde and that I knew I couldn't go from one day to another to platinum blonde I had so I wanted to go little by little. She did mention to me that she wasnt going to be able to do it that light after I showed her a picture. Everything was going fine after the she put the bleach and after going under the hot air. Once we got to the toner part, it seemed a little different to me than what my regular hair stylist did. She washed my hair and left the toner for about 10 minutes. I had to step outside because it was really itchy and it was burning a little. She said it was perfectly normal. Then she washed my hair and she put another round of toner. By that moment I started to get worried because I know my scalp couldnt take that much because It was starting to burn. She said she put a "red toner" because my hair had gotten to ashy! Im like ok....????? After washing that toner she put ANOTHER toner in my hair and I wasnt able to handle that one at all she had just put the toner I was ready to start crying because It was burning really bad. As shes washing my hair and shes starting to brush it I see alot of my hair falling off! She said that it was normal for all of that to fall off WRONG!!!!! She started to blow dry my hair and my roots were still a HORRIBLE YELLOW! My hair was all in different tones! She told me that my hair didnt want to lift to a blonde this and that. I didnt want to do anyting else because I was scared I was going to end up bald! So to cover the yellow from my roots she put baby powder like really???? I still decided to pay here even tho I was not happy with the job. Once I got home late at night my scalp was really itchy and I started to massage my scalp and I started to feel bumps everywhere! I look in the mirror and im bleeding from everwhere I had blsiters in my head from all the toners she put in my hair. I decided to wash my hair with cold water even tho I know im not suppose to wash it after bleaching/coloring but I couldn't take the itchiness. As Im washing my hair I see more than half of my hair starting to break and falling! My hair was broken all the way from the roots! I went back the next day, and explained to her what had happen and started to argue with me that it was perfectly normal to get blisters in your head from the bleach? LIKE REALLY! NO ITS NOT! I would of understand if it would had been one but it was over 15 of them!!!! I know my hair wasn't in the most perfect condition but after being a platinum blonde for so long it was the healthiest I had seen on anyone!!!!! She started arguing that my hair was really damaged and fried and this and that! And that it was also perfectly normal for it to fall of from my roots! ITS NOT NORMAL! I kept insisting on her that I wanted a refund and she kept arguing with me until she finally gave the money back. I regret so much trying his place I had to cut my hair to my shoulders and 2 weeks later my hair is still falling off! I have already filled a complaint against this facility for what they have done! I love this place !!!!! Franco did my hair and I'm in love with it I've gotten so many compliments ! I'm in total love with my hair . He cared about keeping the condition of. My hair very healthy . He styles it to perfection and also does make up . You don't find many stylist who care about the structure of your hair. He's very talented in the aspect that he styles it or cuts it to your own style . He asks questions and figures you out as a person to get a better feel for what your looking for . His energy is to the sky , he makes you feel at home and so comfortable . He's hilarious and has an amazing sense of humor . He took my orangey hair to a beautiful platinum blonde without using any bleach . He also cut my hair without cutting any length .. Just adding lots of layers to give it more body and texture .
