Went for pedicure. Middle aged man began to cut my nails. Serious pain when he cut skin. Had to shout that this was not working. A lady took over but BEWARE if this man starts a pedicure. I understand inflation but this place is ridiculous. Every time I take my mom for a treat they up their prices. She previously had a gel manicure and she wanted a regular manicure pedi. She was asked 11 times if she wanted regular and why not gel then 4 times "you have gel now is going to cost extra to remove" - well duh of course you have to remove the remaining gel in order to place a new polish. But over and over "so there will be an extra charge to remove the gel on top of the regular polish" then an extra charge for the cuticles... my mom comes here regularly never washes dishes she has a made at home for her age we make sure she is well taken care of so I doubt she has such pour cuticles every 3 weeks... The Lady with reddish brown hair and glasses of course refused to give her name , just couldn't figure out how many more charges to add to the regular manicure. Not sure I want to bring my mom here again. read more

Half of my fingers have little pieces of lint or hairs (yuck) under the top coat. Staff was very unprofessional. After voicing my concern multiple times!! Came here for the first time technically was for a mani/pedi but only got pedi after going back in forth on the service I was getting decide to get up n go and just pay for the basic. Never come back. Idk who the lady was ask me to please stay that they will do the service. I swear I regret staying. I should've just left when I got up n put my shoes back on. The pedi was in sorry half 4$$ service im sorry but they need to go back to cosmetology school and learn new trade because is no wonder all these young nail tech are taking business away. I left with one toe shorter then the other and half pain job even 2 customer who we're waiting for their nails to dry literally said she doing a poor job on you say something she was done with me within 10 min for $23 pedi service 10 MINUTES so she can go do another manicure in a poor customer that waited almost longer then I did. Never will return again. Please stay away. Actually go next door to nana nail spa I hear they are top tier service. read more

I wanted to get my nails done and went to Nana Nails a few doors down, they were 30 minute wait so luckily as I walked out and saw this location with nail services. At $30 for a mani/pedi you can't beat it. (Nana Nails was $45) I got standard nails, nothing fancy. The staff were friendly, and my nails were done well. Went there for highlights just recently and got Vicki. Would not recommend them for highlights. The first time I went earlier this year, it was a different person doing highlights. I will not be going back there. My hair turned out to be an extremely brassy color not blond. I even took a picture to show her, plus I showed her the pictures on my phone. I recently went to get a mani-pedi with high expectations to get excellent results, especially since I went with gel nail polish. However, I left this place very disappointed and $60 WASTED on a business that did not deserve it. My manicure did not even last a SINGLE day without them starting to chip and bubble as if they did not let them dry with the UV. Some of my nails were not even correctly layered and seemed as if a five-year-old did them, especially on my pedicure. It appears that after they went under new management, they began to care less and less about their work. I am not surprised that there are bad reviews. read more

My mom has been looking for a salon that still does tight perms (she is 79). Every salon we called either no longer offers perms or the cost was astronomical - we are talking $75 or more. Mind you, my moms hair is pixie length. We got lucky and found a salon right down the street from my mom's house. Vicky was great! She not only gave my mom the perm and cut she loves but the cost was spot on! Highly recommended. Now that we know this is a full service salon, we will return to get our nails done. read more

The next day my nails just got ruined. They didn't even dry under their uv light and fan. They charged me $40 and I got better quality nails at KT nails in placentia for $28 . I'm so upset.
