I never received a call stating she was ready at 2:30 so I just went there to pick her up. When I saw her, I was shocked and appalled at the shoddy haircut they gave her. She was shaved! People I have spoken to have said they were shocked at what a bad haircut it was. I paid 84.00 for a haircut that will take at least a year to grow back. Don't ever go to PetSmart in Raynham.
