She has a great personality while staying professional and it is obvious she really cares about the service she offers. While the service doesn't lend itself to bliss, she does a great job of making it as painless as possible. Her pricing is good and I love the online booking option since I constantly travel which making appointments challenging. I was incredibly amused and happy to see she even sent a thank you card (handwritten and signed!!) to my home when I had some time off. Let's be real -- the best part of a Brazilian wax is when it's over. There are no buts about it. So we have to find solace in the little things that bring the pain level down the scale from a 10 to a 9.5. Just kidding (not really). Having said that, my Brazilian wax here was the least painful I've had over the years. We've struck gold, ladies! Michelle applies an oil over those sensitive bits first which is supposed to help the wax grab onto the hair and not so much the skin. This translates to much less pain. She also applies sufficient pressure after each strip of wax (by the way, everybody should do this, but I can tell you first hand that not everyone does). To top it off, Michelle is funny, inviting, and makes you feel extremely comfortable. She also does a great job at distracting while you're being waxed. She not only is amazing at her craft but makes you feel extremely comfortable!
