We have had a few issues with our pool heater, one right before we were about to have a July 4th pool party, and she personally came over and made sure all was working, on what could have been considered a holiday. Her customer service is stellar. She is extremely responsive via text and on off hours (although we hate to bother her during those times, that seems to always be when we are having an issue!). We couldn't be more happier with Katrina's professionalism and responsiveness. Our pool cleaner's booster pump stopped working (outdated - end of life) and I've contacted several of the "highly recommended" 100+ 5 star reviews pool companies and not a single one responded back to my emails & voice messages for a week. Then I found about Bare Feet Pool recommendations elsewhere and contacted them. Quick and simple response via message (even at 9pm), sent them photo of the issue and next day they immediately they sent professional with the replacement pump and did the job (and sealed couple leaky pipes). I can't say enough good things about Katrina. We are new pool and spa owners, and she has been extremely generous with her knowledge over pool care. Not only does she leave our pool sparkling clean, she's been proactive about pointing out potential issues before they turn into big ones. She noticed a leak early on that wasn't disclosed to us before our purchase, and recommended an excellent leak company, saving us hundreds of dollars in water refill every month. Best pool service you can find anywhere! I hired Katrina to care for our pool after many months of frustration with my previous service. Katrina was able to quickly clear an algae problem that had been a long-time issue. She does a wonderful job caring for our pool every week and is always quick to respond if there is any question or issue. In addition to the pool chemicals, she has helped with a number of equipment items including adding a Polaris and associated booster pump. I am a newbie at the pool thing (and unfortunately the pool in our 'new' house is incredibly old and defunct) and before coming out and charging me she walked me through pool care basics not once but 3 times over the phone, all without even mentioning a charge!! Actually I take that back she did mention a charge (or lack there of I should say), she told me that I could continue to call her as much as I needed at no cost. It is obvious not only is she an expert at what she does, she is also passionate about her business, not to mention incredibly kind! Her advice has led to a clean, clear pool and I will not hesitate to call her out if and when I decide to move forward with regular service. Last week my pool was disgusting!!! After my pool service treated it, then I shocked it it was still a mess. HOWEVER, after finding Bare Feet Pool & Spa Care we can honestly say that our pool has NEVER looked better. It's sparkling and crystal clear. I found Katrina and Bare Feet Pool and Spa by accident. When turned down by others because I was unsure as to how long I would need service (we are moving), it turned out that all I needed was Katrinia! She has been most helpful with great advice, excellent service AND thoughtful communication. It is a year and a half later and we may been moving by the first of the year, but that does not keep Katrina from giving helpful advice and doing a superior job.
