When I arrived, I was told that they did not work on my type of vehicle or perform the service I needed. What confused me was that I had been told by multiple people that they had received the same or similar service from this shop. The information I was given beforehand did not match what happened when I arrived. I cannot say why I was turned away, but the experience left me feeling disappointed and uncomfortable. I would recommend that the shop clearly communicate what vehicles and services they accept so customers can avoid wasting their time.

However, my experience is that they do great work at very reasonable prices. They are certainly not cheep but you can depend on them to stand behind what they do. Most importantly they do not foist unneeded repairs on their customers. This is a full service auto repair shop. Not just oil and filter changes. One example: I have a reasonably high end car that the turn signal lights kept burning out due to a design defect. The dealership charges hundreds of dollars to replace a $5.00 light bulb because they said the bumper had to be removed. When I took it to Express Oil, I watched them take out a bolt, loosen another then reach down and replace the bolt. What was almost a thousand dollars and a day at the dealership was a matter of minutes and $15.00 at Express Oil.

It helps that they will let you bring your own oil filter and oil to make it about $33 for the service and that's with tax.. so after it's all said and done.. I paid $4 for the filter, $15 for the 5 quarts of full synthetic oil (on sale), making it $52 after everything is said and done

I took it to the nearest Porter Tire store and…read morewas cordially greeted by a friendly young lady and she said it might be about a 30 minutes wait and that I could wait in my car and they would get me or I could wait in my lobby. I chose to wait in my car. After about 20 minutes a young man greeted me an directed me to the bay in which I was to have my car serviced. I was even able to remain in my car as they checked the tire. After pulling the tire and testing it, the technician told me that the small screw did not puncture the inner tire and that there would be no charge. He also even offered to check the tire pressures on my other tires before I left! He checked the tires, added air to a couple of them and sent me on my way with a smile. Now that is what I call exceptional service!

This place has the most reasonable hourly labor rate that you'll find AND you'll get excellent customer service from them as well. Even though the job took longer than expected I was still only charged for one hour of labor because that's what the owner quoted me and he stands behind his word and that is something that almost no other place does not do in today's business world. Because it took a little longer then they expected I left the guys in the shop a tip to maybe buy lunch for themselves and thank them for a great job and honest business. I had Limestone Auto Solutions do the MDS delete on my Durango SRT 392 (MDS is the 8/4 cylinder…read moremode). This involves removing the front clip of the car, removing the engine heads, front cover, timing chain, cam, lifters, oil pump and oil pan (a big job). I also had them change out the auto transmission fluid and upgraded the engine oil pump to a Melling high volume pump to prevent too low oil pressure during idle. They did a great job.
