It doesn't take five people to unload a trailer of tires and then let people skip you, just like that I guess I'll pay someone to rotate my tires. I think I am getting my tires somewhere else now. After speaking with the manager finally made things right/better. It really shouldn't have taken that though. When road force is high on an initial tire it should have been sent back.

I ended up calling Rusty's as a referral from my Body shop manager. I do not regret the call. Not only did they save me a few hundred dollars for install, it was done in a few hours. Everyone there were courteous and talkative with customers, telling us/them every detail of work and cost, which is great. No surprises. Then just had a front end problem which was an emergency. I pulled in and Wayne who did my front end was in the front and remembered installing the front end. I went to personally thank him for a quick and great job. So I guess left an impression of gratitude. I digress. lol. So Wayne said lets take a ride and with in minutes knew I needed a new wheel bearing. Good thing, because it was dangerous to drive. So I say all that, to let anyone know that you will a Great price for Quality work Quickly. I spent a little more than an hour to get me back on the road safely. Came in on Labor Day to get a set of tires that I ordered online put on my Jeep. I was met in the…read moreoffice area by a woman behind the counter and a man coming in from the shop area. I explained what I needed and the man said he wanted to see the tires I had. There were no other customers there but he told me that he was there by himself and had no help so he didn't think he do the job. He stated that he was going to have the woman inside fired tomorrow when "everyone" was at work. He told me I could come back tomorrow and they would put the tires on. I'm no tire technician but I would think that one person could put on a set of tires with no help. Hell, I would have helped him if that could get job done. I left and went to Walmart. No problem getting the tires put on there by one tech. Took about 45 min. If you don't want anyones business close the doors turn out the lights and go home. Pathetic
