Located deep in the C Concourse, Barista Parlor is a local favorite and a constant for me when I am flying in or out of BNA. My go-to at any coffee shop is usually a cold brew with a few add-ons to make it more exciting, and sadly on a few visits, this location has run out of cold brew at odd times of the day. Lucky for me they have other great options, so I don't have to be too sad. An iced mocha or iced bourbon vanilla comes in clutch and hits the spot when needed! Coffee is decently priced, even for an airport location. They offer a variety of food, pastries and sandwiches which are decent, nothing to write home about. Service is usually pretty friendly and helpful here. I have never had bad service, but sometimes the tinge of "airport service" comes through. Overall, I am happy to have a BP located in the airport and get excited when I am flying in or out of C concourse!

After a long flight and lots of delays, I had a layover in Nashville and in search for a nice cup of Joe. Arrived here and waited approximately eight minutes, but no one was at the counter or visible in anyway. I was able to snap the photos and begin this review when someone bursted out from the back asking me what I want? Completely turned me off so I walked off and found a difference coffee company shop just yards away from this one. Terrible customer service! Not recommended.

Both baristas were such wonderful humans. The person who rang us up (the receipt reads Kendal) and the person who made our drinks on Saturday, 3/29/2025 at ~8 PM were the best people we could've encountered when our airline rebooked our flight landing us at the Nashville airport instead of our original layover in Houston. We were tired, cold because we were forced to check our carryons that held my sweater, and thirsty. My boyfriend was worried that the chocolate may taste artificial in the mocha espresso so we asked the cashier about it. She gleefully explained how their chocolate is a dairy-less ganache that is mildly sweet. She spoke about it with pride and for good reason. He thought it delicious. So was my oat milk chai latte. The next time I happen to be here, I will absolutely be back.

We arrived at the airport and we had 5 minutes before boarding. We went to a few restaurants and they said to go within 5 minutes was not possible. We were able to order bagel sandwich and it was ready within the 5 minutes. We were happy the bagel sandwich was available when it was almost 3pm. Then our flight was delayed, the sandwich stayed in my bag for 15 minutes. Then at 25 minutes decided to eat it. It was still piping hot and it was a good bagel sandwich with bacon, egg and it hit the spot. The bagel was chewy and nice texture. Recommend bagel sandwich if you need something fast!

It bums me out (having been to a full barista parlor) that this is the selection of pastries the clerk looked at to see what they have. No chocolate croissants, you'll see, even though they are on the menu. She wasn't even sure if they didn't have them. She just told me she didn't think so and to have a nice day.

If you're at the airport and you are looking for some quality coffee, Barista Parlor is a solid choice. They freshly grind the beans and make the latte. I like that the lattes still have the coffee taste whereas some lattes flavor is masked by the milk or syrup. You'll also see they have the nice coffee machines to make your coffee. I love the bourbon vanilla latte as they make the bourbon vanilla syrup themselves and it's not too sweet. Sometimes there's a line but they provide quick service. They also offer food like pastries and some breakfast sandwiches, but I didn't try them this time.

$15 for a drink and croissant, which somehow didn't taste like a croissant, and the bourbon vanilla didn't really taste like bourbon vanilla. Workers were nice and cute storefront tho.

This was my favorite coffee I had in Nashville! Before heading home, I stopped at Barista Parlor for a latte. I never heard of this coffee shop before, but it was near my gate and I like trying new things. I got an almond milk iced latte with half sweet honey/lavender flavor. OMG this espresso was so bold and strong. I don't know what kind of almond milk they used, but it was so creamy. Literally the perfectly balanced latte. The flavors were sweet, but thankfully I got it half sweet. It was a nice midday treat. It really woke me up quick too. I would look for this coffee again next time I'm in Nashville. So good! Friendly service, but just one girl working so I can see how the wait time could be long.

Mediocre airport fare. Something to eat. Coffee and other beverages available. Probably would not eat here again.

Don't be fooled by the early coffee stops, keep walking, go near Gate C21 and have the best local quality coffee, espresso, & lattes at Barista Parlor. The service was pretty quick for us (6am ish on a Wednesday), and the vibes are so east nasty. I always treat myself to the whiskey caramel oat latte iced before a trip! The staff was friendly & engaging!

They always have great service here! The music was on point this morning, staff kind, hard workers and the wait was not bad. This is my place for coffee when I'm at BNA.

Tasty coffee in the Nashville Airport. Sam at the register is super friendly. Had to try the Bourbon Vanilla, really nice but no actual Bourbon. :(

I had latte during my layover. A guy at the shop was very very friendly and nice, looks stylish and we had a fun conversation briefly. And the latte was so so so amazing!! It blew my mind!!! Loved it!!!!

So, it is time to spill the beans on Green Beans Coffee. That is, that excluding a Starbucks kiosk in the Hilton across the pedestrian bridge, it is the only coffee shop and possibly business beyond Security. When my brother and I arrived at BNA baggage claim on June 23, 2025; it was an hour before my Dad would arrive. I had been flying for hours and wanted to perk up with coffee. The first thing we did was ride the elevator to the pedestrian bridge and into the Hilton. The Starbucks kiosk appeared to be closed. So, we started off our Nashville vacation with Green Beans Coffee, a name that has been serving the city since 1997. This coffee shop has more of an airport vibe than a cozy coffee shop. However, it has a Nashville twist two it. At the corner of the coffee shop is a stage. Country Musicians perform there. I had just missed The Brian Ashley Trio. Although I could've ordered the coffee from a QR code on the table, and they would of brought it to my table; I chose to order at the counter. The friendly barista exchanged $4.12 for the medium coffee. That leads to the point that Green Beans did have more of a laid back environment in comparison to the businesses inside the airport. As I started up my Nashville vacation, I thought that this is solid coffee. And reasonably priced coffee for a business that lacks competition beyond Security in a major airport. Although the environment was more of an airport vibe, the spaciousness and seating offerings made it a pleasant place to wait for my Dad's plane to arrive. It is a short walk to baggage claim. Additionally the Wi-Fi was strong. As I conclude my leading review of my 2025 Nashville Tennessee serious, I am giving Green Beans Coffee. It was a good spot to perk up on the start of the Nashville vacation.

There's a small parking lot and also a drive through. I headed inside just so I could get a vibe for the place. It was around 10:30 on a Saturday morning and it was packed but the line was moving efficiently. There are a few tables and seating areas that look comfy and many people were enjoying attractive brunch plates in addition to coffee. Service was friendly and patient and everyone was working hard as a cohesive team. None of their seasonal specialty drinks were really calling my name, so I settled on an iced cinnamon dolce latte. I saw on their Instagram they had a Thai coconut mango sticky Rice Krispie treat on special and that had ME written all over it, so I was thrilled when I managed to snag one of those. My drink came out quickly and I was on my way! My latte was tasty. Not too sweet, balanced, and smooth. It was a scoche heavy on milk imo but I definitely enjoyed it overall. The cinnamon flavor was lovely. The Thai coconut mango sticky Rice Krispie treat was super yummy and such a unique and cool idea! A little more coconut flavor would've taken it to heavenly heights, but the mango bits were in there at a perfect ratio and added some great texture. Would happily eat this again! Definitely a sweet and inventive local spot with a super wholesome vibe. I'd return in the future next time I'm nearby in Nashville!

The interior decor is beautiful and creates a really nice atmosphere, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, something I saw really changed my impression. Watching that made me uncomfortable and raised concerns for me about food safety practices. It's frustrating because the food itself is truly great and the service was kind. I'm leaving this review in hopes that management sees it and addresses the issue, because with stronger food-handling standards this place could easily be a 5-star restaurant. I would be willing to try one of their specialty sambusas, maybe those are better. I also tried the brown sugar chai and it was really great. Yes on the sweeter side but I think the brown sugar complemented the chai really well. It was piping hot and the cup was very full like to the rim, so you get a lot for your buck. I'll come back, but hopefully someone else is taking my order next time - please stop hiring 20 year olds who just stare at you when you walk inside and greet them hello, really kills the vibe especially on your first time visiting lol.
