Due to the recent storm we lost security in our back yard because our fence fell. We got photos nearly every day of our dogs enjoying pup cups (additional cost)& we were able to watch the dogs the entire time. The poodle did receive an injury on her paw to which I was notified immediately. Luckily it was superficial& nothing to be concerned about. We even received report cards detailing their behavior while at the boarding center. Everything was handled nicely and it was incredibly easy to upgrade anything we might've wanted to during their stay. I fully intend on coming back to this location. For my dog's appointment I was helped by Fernanda and Claudia. Making the appointment was super easy and they were able to squeeze me in their schedule that same day. My dog is usually very nervous around people he doesn't know, but he loved Fernanda. They even gave me a couple tips to take care of his nails and recommendation on when to come back.
