Very friendly and professional. We had a few folks to need a little TLC while we were out for spring break! Could not have been happier with the quality of service and care! Plus we got daily updates and photos of the clan during their visits. It was too funny but good to have the updates and to see the smiles all around! He was standing in the corner facing the wall when I mentioned it to her she said oh he's just old. I pointed out. No he was scared. Was also told they don't interact with the dogs at all so they just put them in the room and shut the door would not recommend this place at all. We ended up walking out.

However, this time when we took our new pup to be evaluated, the smell was overpowering, and the reception area looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a week. water dish had hair in it, and there was hair everywhere. Staff looked like they were just kids, and really didn't care.

All staff was very understanding and went out of their way to answer any questions and advise us. Along the same lines, we never felt that we were being 'sold' extra unnecessary expensive treatment that we are quite sure we would have through our old vet. We drove 40 minutes each way for every appointment and need our dog had and passed many other vets along the way, Well worth the trip. When we get our next dog, we'll be back!
