I have six dogs, two are rescues and were not planned, and I LOVE each one of them dearly. I'd rescue more if I had the land and money. At any rate, the ability to have one dog at a time go out to the vehicle, parked in my driveway, until they are done is so comforting. I've had great experiences with previous groomers but I always worry about them when they are away.....this caused much less anxiety. This is my first time with Tasha and Tammy (spelling) but it will not be the last!! Their price was reasonable and my dogs look gorgeous, they smell good and they feel good! These Standard Poodles love their summer cut! Thank you so much TLC! I nearly cried each time one came out clean as a whistle!!! I brought my cat in recently for a wellness visit and to figure out why he wasn't going poop as…read morefrequently. I had a family member bring him to the vet on a Friday and I called in to ask Dr Ross questions. I was informed we would have to bring him back for a urinalysis where they would give him Gabapentin and put a needle into his bladder to extract the urine. I also was required to get a fecal sample. That Monday, the tech said his bloodwork was clean. I advised I would call Tuesday and set up the urinalysis. I called 5 times and left a voice mail each time. I will give them benefit of the doubt that their phones were not working since everything they said to me after seems to be false. I called on Wednesday and was told to bring his litter box for the urinalysis and a water bowl. I quickly corrected her and she said she misunderstood what a urinalysis was. It's basic vet terminology. Thursday rolls around and I go to drop him off. I walk in and let the receptionist (Natalie I think?) know I'm dropping off my cat off for his urinalysis and I had a fecal sample but was unsure of what time Tuesday/Wednesday (I got home late Tuesday so I didn't have a chance to collect anything) he dropped it in the litter box. She looked at me like I offended her and told me what I have isn't good enough and I need to do it again and I need to wait for a tech. I politely ask how long since I had to rush to work and she snapped at me saying she had no idea. 20 minutes later Jamie? Walked In and I advised that since they have my cat they could try and get the fecal sample since the receptionist said it wasn't good enough. She said they would try and I said if you need to keep him longer to do that it's okay. 4-5 hours go by and I hadn't heard any update. The person I spoke with made it seem like he had been ready for a while so I let my family member know that he could go pick up my cat. They require us to give him Gabapentin before his next appointment since he was agitated during the urinalysis. They didn't even give him Gabapentin for the procedure! I asked them about it when they called with the results they weren't sure at first why but come to find out he was "already stressed"and they "didn't want to try and give him something to calm him". I asked realistically if a vet can't administer a medication how do you expect the owners to and they gave half a$$ excuses. I go to pick up the prescription for urinary and when I asked why it said stressed on the prescription they tried to explain that he has crystals because he is stressed. Dr Ross came out and told me she wrote the right prescription and that she knows what she is doing. She may think she knows what she's doing but she does not know anything about compassion and customer care. On my way out I saw a sticker they had that said "Toxic vibes will be force fed" I guess they really took that to heart. Also, my family member asked Dr Ross a question regarding our dog's allergy shot and she flat out ignored him!! They were the only two humans in the room. The next Monday, they texted me his fecal came back good. I called around 2pm and left a voice mail. They continued to text me and I asked for someone to please call me. No one called. I go in as they are finishing a meeting (after 5pm) to get his results and asked if their phones are broke again. They said they were in a meeting and I asked if that meeting started at 2 when I called. They didn't seem concerned with the fact they had a customer,who has received poor service for days, saying they have issues with communication and showed where I called at 2pm. They brushed me off again! At that point, it clicked and I told them that they don't fucking care. That Tuesday, I received my file and a termination of service. I found several things that were inaccurate or not even addressed with me. I promptly took him to another vet who said that he DIDN'T HAVE CRYSTALS! They especially said he didn't need to be on any prescription diet. This vet office has gone downhill since the previous vet retired and they only care about money!

The care and love that the Vets and staff provided to me and my little guy is extraordinary. I will continue to travel to see them because they are the best! My dog always looks forward to going!
