Our first experience went well. Our second experience? Not so much. The owner answers the phone with an attitude and isn't very clear. They have no idea how to do an aussie cut and shaved our dog. (You don't shave double coated dogs) it can and will ruin their top coat when it comes back. I wanted him trimmed, nails, ears, teeth ect. Those services are what she told me goes with a full groom last time. I picked him up with his hair roughly an inch long and missing his beautiful top coat. When we contacted her about his cut, she claimed that it was actually longer this time that the first time she cut it. A little later, I noticed him licking his leg only to find that they scratched him pretty bad with the clippers. When the uneven cut was brought up she said he "got wet or laid on it" You can clearly see it's a straight line they cut at an angle. I booked an appointment for my 2 dogs to be groomed. One is a yorkie the other an irish terrier. I asked how long it would take and was told "if you can bring them by 8:45-9 they should be done by noon". My fiance dropped them off at 8:40. I did not get a call to pick my dogs up until 3:04pm. When I arrived, the younger girl had absolutely no personality and didn't seem to care that my dogs were there for over 6 hours! Not to mention, my dogs were in a crate with NO WATER! The older woman asked how I was doing and I responded; "not so great being that I was expecting my dogs to be done 3 hours ago". She then responded that she can't help how dogs behave. I understand that nothing is guaranteed, however if that was the case, don't give me a time that my dogs will be ready if it is common for things to change. There was no apology or anything to make me want to return there ever! Now let's discuss how my Irish Terrier was groomed. When I called to initially schedule, I SPECIFICALLY, asked if she was familiar with grooming an irish terrier in which she informed me no but could look it up. I made it extremely clear NOT TO SHAVE her. Today when the dogs were dropped off by my fiance, I spoke to her and again reiterated how the Irish terrier is NOT TO BE SHAVED (it ruins their coat). When I arrived to pick my dogs up, my irish terrier was completely shaved down with the fur on her face trimmed. For my yorkie, I made it clear that we like him to have a goatee, well that must be in the pile of fur from my irish terrier because he no longer has a goatee. I'm sure I may be over reacting but when you pay $90 for a service, you expect it to be timely, as you requested and maybe some friendly service? I will never ever return and am beyond upset. Even an idiot knows not to keep a dog in a crate for 6+ hours without water. Ill just have to wait the 6 months it takes for my Irish Terrier's red color to return. read more

I called yesterday to see how much pricing was for my cat and to see when they could get her in. Much to my surprise, it was only $35 and they were able to get her in the next day! I was running a little late and I called to let them know and they were super polite! We got there a few minutes later and they took her right away and let me know they'd call me when they were done. We had an appointment to go to and they called me while I was there to let me know she was done. They were so kind and kept her in a cage for me until I got there. The assistant even came and reopened the store for me since I got there after they closed for the afternoon. She is beautifully groomed and smells FANTASTIC. 10/10 recommend! Will definitely be returning and having them do both our cats! read more

Had a very disappointing experience. Called because they had a stray my family found and gave to them to groom. Talked with them and was told they would call me when the dog was ready. They never called. I called them to ask when I could pick up the dog. They decided to give to another family. They didn't even call me back to let me know. I haven't experienced any business with them but planned to make them my dog groomer. Really shocked and disappointed. read more

The worst place ever. I dropped my dog on Thursday for overnight boarding and a wash and nails done at 1pm cause Tina asked me to at 1pm. I told her I would come back Friday to get my dog. I get back by 5:30 pm from my trip. Tina and my dog are nowhere to be found. Her business partner have no number for her. I have to wait Saturday morning to find out where my dog is and she wants to charge me an extra $20. There are dogs she leaves in the cage and her partner unlocks the cage for you. I asked for one night. I don't know why my dog wasn't left in cage like she normally does before. This woman is a crook. She should of let me known I would have to get my dog by 1p the following day cause I would of said I wouldn't have come back from my trip by then and found a place who charges by the night. I had no contact info on where my dog was until the next day. read more

My dog was returned to me with razor burns and clipper nicks around his testicles. He is in constant excruciating pain, he can not rest or sleep and is walking like it is hot to the touch. Clearly the groomer that did my dog did a careless and rushed job. BRING YOUR PET HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK. Your dog will be treated like sheep at a barn. Rushed and ran through for the sake of time and money. Instead of actually caring for your pet. The only reason they stay booked is because they are cheap. But you get what pay for. I have been taking my dogs here since I got them. They always come home smelling fresh and stay that way for a week or two. Took them someplace else one time and they came back smelling worse then before. They always get them in and out and do not miss a spot. I highly recommend this place!! read more
