She's 16yrs old and she could barely walk. Most clinics would push you to put them down just bc of her age but the dr rod said she's in great shape she just threw her back out. We got meds and off we went. And the prices are very fair considering the excellent care you receive. Will forever be grateful for them

A Lifesaving Encounter with Dr. Rod Winchester My…read morerelationship with Dr. Rod and his clinic began many years ago under very difficult circumstances. A stray cat, likely hit by a car, showed up at our house with a severely broken paw. We rushed him to a nearby veterinary clinic, where the initial doctor promised a solution. Instead, they performed expensive diagnostics, ultimately declared the situation hopeless, and urged us to euthanize him. It was devastating. Seeking a second opinion, we found Dr. Rod. The difference was immediate and profound. We could see Dr. Rod's deep commitment and genuine care for the cat. He offered a ray of hope, explaining that because the cat was young, an amputation would allow him many more years of happy life. This was exactly the positive, life-affirming news we desperately needed. The surgery was a complete success. Not only did Dr. Rod save our cat, but he also demonstrated incredible understanding by working with our budget and ensuring the cat received full, comprehensive post-operative care. Since that day, Dr. Rod's clinic has become the only place we trust with our pets. What you will immediately notice is that everyone in the office--from the staff to the doctor--shares this deep love and commitment to animal welfare. They are always incredibly accommodating with scheduling, and Dr. Rod ensures thorough follow-up calls after any procedure. This isn't just a business for them; it's a true vocation. They provide the best possible care driven by genuine compassion. Lucy

I hired them last year to install wiring, breaker and a NEMA 14-50 plug for charging my new Tesla…read moreModel Y with the mobile charger. They came, did the work and all looked good. Six months later I started getting overheating errors at the plug and charging automatically drops voltage for protection. After a few times of this happening I decided to look at the plug to see if there were loose connections at the plug. The connections seemed to be not tight enough so I tightened them a bit more (I understand that they should be torqued so I didn't over tighten the connections). This seemed to have worked until it started to happen again seven months later. Decided to replace outlet with one recommended for EV charging and when I compared both plugs there was a huge difference in size. The one I ordered was industrial grade and was even marked for EV charging. Now they knew this job was for an EV charger and I don't understand why they installed a regular kitchen range NEMA 14-50, those cannot handle the duty cycle demanded by EVs. Perhaps they were not experienced enough on EV chargers. Needless to say, it now works fine and safely with the new plug.
