I understand accidents can happen, but if you injure someone's dog to the point it's bleeding at home. Her whole paw pad is cut off and they don't grow back, she can't even walk on her paw. Don't you think the absolute bare minimum would be not charging them . Charging nearly $100 after hurting her feels completely unacceptable. I'm beyond frustrated. I wouldn't have wrote a bad review if they would've just offered a refund. I asked and they said NO. A discount to me is not acceptable. If it was me I'd offer a refund if I cut someone's dog. I don't think you should charge someone if you cut their dog really badly, that just doesn't seem right at all. Plus they charge more than other places . Do better guys ! don't be greedy . The lady on the phone said that no appointment was needed-just stop by during the business hours and I could get that taken care of. True to her word, I walked in and was immediately greeted and my nervous pup (he's always nervous) was taken back to have his nails cut. I was able to see him on the end table with a groomer who was talking sweetly and calmly to him while getting the job done. A few minutes later, we were on our way. While I waited, I also saw a section of the store that allows you to come in and wash your pet yourself. It looked like a coin-operated machine that you'd use. This is a great idea-for those of us that want to do it ourselves but may not have the right setup at home. I'm making a note to myself to come back and try that out when my stinker rolls around in the dirt just a little too much.

I've been taking my dog here for a little over a year now and they have been good. I just picked…read morehim up today and realized my dog and I are not getting what I paid for. When I dropped him off I asked for a schnauzer cut, close to the leather on the ears, to leave his tail long, and about an inch on the body. Then when I went to pick him up they had me pay before I saw my dog (which involves leaving a tip, hard to do before I see him), then they brought me the wrong dog, then when they did bring him up he wasn't on his leash and nearly ran out the door. By the time I really saw him I was already outside and he looks so bad. They did not leave his beard (making him look like a rat dog) and they left his ears way too long. Not to mention he had to pee like a gallon before we got in the car and he dropped the biggest poop when we got home, which tells me he did not get let out. Maybe they were having a bad day or their groomer changed again, but I am surprised and feel very ripped off. I will be finding a new groomer.

Yesterday we took in our 6 month old Goldendoodle/ Lab mix in for his first haircut. I was unsure…read moreof where to take our little guy since we have never needed to groom a dog before. We did a little bit of digging to see what other doodle owners prefer to take their pups. A neighbor of ours recommended Doggie Decadence so we gave them a try. When we walked in, everyone was so super friendly and a few other dogs were getting groomed so I could see what and how they groom. The facility was spacious and seemed to be clean. They told me the price before we started and how long it would take. Pretty fantastic, right? She also walked through the grooming with me and what I was wanting for our little guy. We picked him up within 15 mins of her estimated time, and I was so super pleased with the result! They did a fantastic job and my pup felt comfortable being there from what I could tell. I also loved the cologne they put on him. He smells sooooo good! They also have a pre-book system where you get $5 off your next visit. Pretty great! Can't wait to take him back
