We decided to try the pancake Sunday. We arrived around 11:20. We got through the line quickly. Their food is always delicious, but I feel like they pre-make everything so it was a little soggy/cold. I would say I was mildly disappointed. I get they're trying to cater to tons of people, but maybe there is a better way to keep things warm. I still wouldn't turn anyone away from trying them out. I've never eaten a honeycomb before, and don't eat much honey in general. But the really friendly Living Roots clerk explained to us how Wixson's bees actually construct the honeycomb right inside of the container you purchase it in. So we gave it a go. When we got home, before I even noticed, my whole family dug right into it, and ate like a quarter of the honeycomb brick immediately!! I was all, "WHOA, SLOW YOUR ROLL! GIVE ME THAT." As the proprietor of the venture, I had to see what all the fuss was about. I took a spoonful of honeycomb and ... YUP, WHOA, A BITE OF BLISS.
