Faith released us to Jamie (the Tech), who took us to "the Cat Room" and did a pre-exam. I didn't recognize the significance of this until later. My little one, obviously nervous, ultimately had a ball exploring everything in that room, especially the climbing opportunities. We had a very long wait. (Not a complaint)! Turned out, the Doctor was engaged with a very sick dog that had arrived just prior to us and she was 100% committed to that outcome. Profound respect for that.

A confirmation email was sent to book for grooming. We also received a reminder email less than 24 prior to appointment. We were then turned down at the door and they would not groom our dog due to the new policy. This is something we wish would have been known prior to the appointment or listed in the confirmation email on any changes made. I sent an email explaining our experience and never received a reply. We have been going to Pet Resort for years and it's sad for our small town.
