There's another major coffee shop in Lopez Island nearby, so either here or there would be good candidates for coffee or other drinks that are more innovative than the standard I wish they published prices for the seasonals since we were left to guess and wait for the total, in which case may be awkward to ask for a breakdown of the drink prices. I'd wish if they provided prices of the specialty drinks, so we can decide how much coffee we want to get to start our day here.

A small outdoor seating area is available as well as indoor seating. Beer and wine can be purchased. Craft coffee drinks can be ordered and enjoyed with ones' pastry order. Bread loaves/rounds can be purchased whole or can be sliced. Some breads are also available in sandwich form (roll/baguette/Rosetta). Menu offers pizza; unfortunately, we were too early for pizza. All pizzas are available as take-and-bakes. Pizza slices are not available until 11am. Sandwiches and salads can also be ordered. My wife and I shared a Cinnamon Roll for $4.75; served warm upon request. We also shared a Cheese Claw for $4; served warm upon request. This place was absolute perfection from start to finish. Relaxed but upscale environment. Friendly, knowledgeable and attentive staff. The sommelier was also great. He was so clearly loving his job and it showed. He described each wine and its characteristics with enthusiasm and excitement. This was the first time I'd ever had wines that were so nicely paired with each course. Quite eye opening, for me at least.
