My window was 8-10am and just before 8:00am, I got a text with a photo and an "about me" section so I could see who was coming to my home. Such a nice touch! Their senior technician, Josh, arrived a few minutes after 8:00am, looking just like his photo, with another young man who was shadowing him. I showed Josh what I thought happened, he was very reassuring that this is common (which was such a relief to hear), and within a few minutes of looking it over, he calmly explained what my garage would need and why. Despite my door being crooked and assuming there would need to be a lot replaced, most of it was repairable. Only the cables and a couple of brackets needed replaced. The price was phenomenal, lower than I was anxiously googling last night, so I was even more relieved!
