I had a near-miraculous experience with this service yesterday 8/30/2023 when in less than an hour, my dead car was towed to my complicated and winding apartment complex garage by EDWIN, one of their patient, professional, and super-skilled tow-truck drivers. After several calls and failing to find a tow truck service, I landed on EC Towing, and bam, my problem was resolved. TONY sent me a truck and driver instantly. Edwin arrived right on time, very polite and professional, with a unique perfect-sized truck that has special gadgets and light bulbs. To summarize what ensued, my locked car had no key, my apartment complex garage entrance door is unusually short, the driveways are small, twisted, and winding, and the spaces are tiny. Nonetheless, with patience and distinct proficiency, the super-skilled driver Edwin managed to navigate his truck to ultimately land my car in the right spot. All of these hurdles are handled at no additional cost. They have the most affordable rates.
