This was the second place I called because the other place, as other shops, were too busy to take us in, as it was with this shop. I explained our situation to the receptionist and she said to hold on while she spoke with the mechanic (Andy). He said he would take us in! And they did, as soon as we arrived! He was thorough in his diagnostic and explained everything to me. Basically could not find the problem (he's not the only mechanic to do so, it's been an ongoing problem). He found a small leak coming from the radiator cap and said that might be the problem. So he ordered one and got it on. They charged me only for the radiator cap! What? After all the diagnostic work he did on it? I even asked, "Are you sure? After all the work he did?" And the receptionist asked him and he said he was sure. Wow, talk about service! Highly, highly recommend. 5* = A top favorite. Mind-blowing good. I will definitely return and I will go out of my way to go here. Worth every dime of my money. 4* = Outstanding. Top-tier. Some elements not quite as good as it gets, but it still is worthy of my regular business. 3* = Good experience. I might do repeat business if it is convenient, the only option, the only one in its category, or on a whim, but would not be among the first thing to come to mind. My car's engine light is on, the engine is running erratically, and the antifreeze tank is overflowing. But this guy couldn't fix it and took $486 from me. I took the car back, drove it for 10 minutes, all the lights came on, and it continued to run erratically. When I took it back, he had changed the ignition coils but not the spark plugs. He changed the spark plugs, and the shaking stopped, but when I used it again in the evening, the shaking continued. When I went back there, he blamed my car and recommended another mechanic, saying it was an electrical problem and he couldn't fix it. If you couldn't fix it, why did you take $486 from me? Then I went to another mechanic who fixed the shaking. He used German-made Bosch spark plugs that weren't suitable for my car. Since my car is a Honda, it should have had Japanese-made spark plugs specific to Hondas, but this guy was very arrogant. He thinks he's a good mechanic, but he's very good at taking money; his knowledge of car mechanics is terrible. Definitely don't go here.
