They are my go to place for all or my oil changes and scheduled maintenance checks. The staff is super friendly! Always upbeat and all smiles! You can call them or book online for services. They are super accommodating with your schedule. If you choose to drop off your car, they have a shuttle service to drop you off and pick you up when your car is ready. I normally schedule to wait and get my oil changed. They're quick and efficient and get you going fast so I never mind the wait. They will also rotate your tires for you, if you want, with your oil change. And there's also been times where they'll do a quick maintenance check with my oil change when I tell them I'm going on a long distance trip! They honestly treat you like family. Omar rolled his eyes at my rebuffs of him trying to sell me things on top of the oil change. Same rolling of the eyes when I asked that the tires be pumped to 32 which is closer to the factory standard of 30 for my car "We do it at 35 here". I requested he print out the estimates for all the services he wanted to sell me. "Do you need me to actually print it out?" At the end, I pointed out the chauvinist attitude and was told "You're just difficult" and "God bless you!" which sounded like "F*@k you". The fee including tax for oil change had been quoted to me to be $75. I noticed I was charged $79.88. I approached a very nice staff member Tabor who took my receipt and said he would try to help. Out comes out Omar with his bullying attitude spitting out "Do you have a problem with the invoice?" I told him I would like to deal with his colleague. "Here! Out of my own pocket!" he fishes out a five dollar bill from his sweaty pocket and shoves it into my hand. And I get another "God bless you!" that has so much hatred in it. I go back to Tabor and ask him to take the bill and to give me a five out from the register. On the way home, I get a tire pressure sign which I have not seen for many months. I measure the tire pressure: 34.3, 33.7, 36.9 and 37.4. Not only was Omar rude, he was plain misogynist and unprofessional. Tabor mentioned this was not the first time a woman has complained of being treated in a hateful, misogynist way. Their boss Jerry is out on vacation. If I don't get my money back, I'll dispute the charge. Can't believe this just happened.

I took my Infiniti QX80 to Integrity Automotive & Diesel expecting an honest, evidence-based…read morediagnosis. Unfortunately, my experience was anything but that. They kept my vehicle for two days and charged me for a diagnostic. However, the report they provided states there were no active, pending, or history transmission codes, the technician could not duplicate the concern, and no issues were detected while monitoring live transmission data during the road test. The only documented finding was that a small sample of transmission fluid appeared dark and burnt. From there, the technician wrote that they believed it could be an internal transmission issue and recommended replacing the entire transmission. What is missing from the report is just as important as what is included. There is no documentation that the transmission had failed, no confirmation of internal damage, no evidence of metal shavings or clutch material, no hydraulic pressure testing, no testing confirming a failed torque converter, and no objective evidence supporting such a major repair recommendation. I later discovered that Integrity Automotive & Diesel does not have the manufacturer-specific diagnostic equipment needed to fully diagnose an Infiniti transmission. Had they been honest about that from the beginning, I would have taken my vehicle to a shop that could properly diagnose it instead of paying for an opinion. To make matters worse, this opinion was reported to Carfax, creating a record based on a diagnosis that was never confirmed through testing. Integrity is built on honesty, transparency, and evidence. Based on my experience, I did not receive those things. I expected a diagnosis supported by facts--not assumptions. I cannot recommend this shop.
