They use an application where they show you the route of every walk, if the dog peed or pooped, and if fresh water was given with a short summary of what happened during the visit. Julie Ann even alerts me to things like when the sun room in the back of my house was getting too hot for my cat (and things of that nature) when she comes to walk my dog. I can tell she treats my pets as if they were her own. And I really appreciate that, and that's hard to find. I leave everyday for work feeling good that I know my fur babies will be under good care. I am so grateful for Jessica, the business owner as well. She is so professional. She emailed me a month in for a check in asking for feedback if anything could be better. What a stellar business. The local daycare facilities were not helpful and could not accommodate my need for a 6 hour stay. I contacted the Country Pup and Janet agreed to take care of Olive. I'd like to point out that she agreed sight unseen and asked only for a rabies certificate. I could have provided a reference from Olive's daycare center, but Janet was satisfied with doing an in person (in dog?) evaluation on the day of the visit. Janet offered a unique dog day care experience. Her house was the "playroom" and a pretty fenced outdoor area was accessible through a doggie door. Her assistant -- a schnauzer named Alphonse -- welcomed Olive and, since Olive was well tired and happy when I picked her up, it was apparent that he was a good playmate. Janet sent me a text with photo during Olive's stay to let me know that she was doing well. I'm not a neurotic dog owner but I liked the update. Olive was happy to see me when I came to pick her up, but she was obviously completely comfortable with Janet and Alphonse. I am glad I found Janet's business and will be using her services in the future. Her service is not inexpensive but since she provided an environment that made my dog feel like she was visiting a good friend, it is well worth the price.

Somehow they were upset with me until they verified the situation. 2nd time the groomer didn't show after I drove all the way there. I only got a call 5 minutes before I arrived. I always allow 45 mins. To an hour to get there. Last visit I showed up 1/2 hr. Early waiting in my car before curbing my dog. As I went to enter I was told I didn't have an appointment. It was never noted in the book when in fact I called months in advance. At that point my dog was already drugged for nothing!!! I was told basically tough luck could only get a nail trim and was off to Massachusetts. I always tipped handsomely. Needless to say there are definitely some administrative problems and will not return.
