They try hard and they are friendly. But their accuracy could improve, as they get orders wrong more than they should

Where do I begin…read more..... Convenience-I love the fact that you can access this restaurant without having to enter the mall. It's definitely also a plus that you have a full mall parking lot to take advantage of without any need to pay for parking. Ambiance-The aesthetics are truly beautiful within this establishment! The pops of color, the light fixtures, the rose wall, the mirrored hallway...all very lovely and pleasing to the eye! Customer Service-From the hostess stand to the bar, waiter, and management, I give it a 10/10! Everyone was friendly, respectful and accommodating without question. My waiter was Will, and he showed the utmost level of outstanding customer service the entire visit! He gave wonderful recommendations regarding the menu, and he checked on us with just the right amount of consistency. He was friendly, personable, and kind! He genuinely wanted to make sure that the experience was memorable and it showed brightly & authentically! Food-I had the Fried Salmon Bites, Traditional Waffles & Fried Lobster, and Peach Cobbler. It was all cooked to perfection with such flavor! I had a lovely Wild berry drink that was very delicious. There was no wait, no crazy lines, and no pretentiousness. K+K is doing things right, and I thank you!

I came in on a Saturday for a 6:15 PM reservation for a party of four. I arrived first on time and my first guest arrived at 6:20 PM. I was told I had to wait till the rest of my party arrived. I set at the bar while waiting for the rest of our party. My friend approached the hostess stand to ask if we could be seated as a party of two . Also, advised the Mexican girl that it will be only 3 but, we don't have to wait for her cause she's not gonna be eating since we're on a time schedule and was attending an event. The hostess was very rude and dismissive, stating "that's not how it works" in an unprofessional tone. Later, another hostess came over and said our reservation had "run over" at 6:35 PM, even though we were already in the restaurant before our reservation time window had passed and there were clearly open tables available. The restaurant wasn't packed at all. When we asked again about a table for two, we were told we could either sit at the bar or wait. The interaction felt very unwelcoming and unprofessional. We told the hostess we wanted a table for two to sit down and eat . The black hostess said , so you want to stay at the bar or you want a table . I said a table. She said , the bar ‍I said no a table. She then said that they could refuse service if we had an attitude, which was not the case . I simply answered her question by saying no . Told her I didn't know that saying no is me having an attitude. At that point, we chose to leave and not spend our money there due to the poor customer service and the rudeness of the hostess. Overall, the staff we interacted with on June 20th at 6:15 PM were rude and unprofessional and clearly need better customer service training. Based on this experience, I understand why there are so many negative reviews.

I don't like to be overly checked on when trying to enjoy date night with the hubby and it seemed like she knew when to come and when to let us have our moment. I loved that. The food was amazing 10/10, would definitely recommend. Started off with appetizers of oysters and chicken egg rolls, and the entree of lamb chops did us in. Everything was on point, from the time we entered until we left. Will definitely be going back. And I have added this to my favorite spots.

Super attentive without hovering, gave spot-on recommendations, and was playful, funny, and genuinely kind. You can tell she loves meeting people, and it made the whole table feel celebrated. Food was way better than I expected for a hookah lounge. Get the oysters - fresh and perfect - and the pesto garlic bread is a must. Seriously addictive. And the hookah? SLAPS. Smooth, flavorful, and they keep it going without you having to ask. The ambiance is very Atlanta in the best way: flowery walls for photos, eclectic cozy seating, great music, dim lighting, total vibe. We stayed way longer than planned because we didn't want to leave. Already planning my return. If you're in Sandy Springs, book a table here!

Around the corner from the Sandy Springs Arts Center, Great place to drop in for a drink…read moreafterwards. Lovely specialty drinks like the hummingbird. And they have a huge selection of whiskey. Looks like a nice place for dinner. Although we didn't eat actual dinner. I think some people ordered some food and enjoyed it. Service was prompt and friendly. I would go back and have dinner there if I was in the area. We had a large group and they had no problem squeezing us all in and not all of us eating, it was a little bit later after the dinner grow up

Very clean & vibey spot; the decor is very cute and cozy, they dim the lights after a certain time I'm assuming, loved it. Definitely have to come back and try other items out. Here's what we ordered: * braised short ribs - strong 7/8, i didn't like the veggies as much but flavor wise, very yummy. * honey roasted chicken - oouuu, a very strong 8/9, the sauce was amazing; veggies, everything was sooooo yum. * Caesar salad - strong 7/8 (wish it was more but we did split 1 just to try it out first) * Mac & cheese - the only item we did not like 1 bit. Dry, cold and no flavor :( * sweet & spicy Brussels - strong 8/9, they weren't spicy at all but the sauce was yummy! * drinks - GREAT! Strong 8/9 for both 1) cherry limeaid (no alcohol) 2) obsession (with alcohol) Great experience, Destiny was really great. She went over tonight's specials but we had already make up our minds on what we wanted, very kind and attentive lady.

When we were seated there were chips, salsa, and water at the table. The chips were dusted with seasoning and the salsa had a nice little kick. I ordered the El Jefe while my husband ordered the strawberry pineapple mezcalita and an apple juice for our son. Someone ordered cheese dips for the table which we all enjoyed. I ordered the fish tacos, cilantro rice, and black beans. We ordered the veggie quesadilla for our 1 yo son. My husband ordered the mojo chicken chimichanga. Food came out pretty quickly considering our party size. My husband ended up ordering another mezcalito while I decided to get a passion fruit margarita. Food was flavorful and a good portion size. We all enjoyed our food and the spicy avocado margarita seemed to be a big hit with the table. Birthday girl brought a cake and the restaurant stored it in the kitchen and then came out with sparklers and sang happy birthday. Our server, Justice, did a great job with our party. There was also plenty of parking in the free garage. I recommend giving them a visit.

I ordered the Añejo Espresso Martini, shrimp quesadilla, and elote corn--every bite was incredible. The kids enjoyed the beef taco kids meals, and my friend ordered the birria tacos, which were equally delicious. A special shoutout to Justice, our server. Exceptional service, great recommendations, and he made the entire experience memorable. If you visit, definitely ask for him. Now for the part I probably should keep to myself... Agave Bandido has an incredible speakeasy that comes alive Wednesday through Saturday after hours. The ambiance, cocktails, and overall vibe make it a hidden gem worth discovering. I almost want to keep it a secret, but it's simply too good not to share. Safe to say, I'll be back. Again and again.

Full living room plus a dining table to work at, plus standing desk with tall chair in the bedroom. The bed was so comfy, and the pillows were perfect. In comparison to the space, the bathroom was a little small and could use an update, but it was clean and well stocked. Gym is open 24 hours which is important to me, with lots of equipment and free weights, plus a full body machine. I used room service to get hummus the first day, it was delicious. The lounge area had nice and efficient bartenders, even when our group grew large. The live music during happy hour, seemed a little off, but it wasn't unpleasant just a little loud. Convenient to lots of great restaurants, Joey Ds and Fleming's were amazing, skip North Italia.

I wrote a simple note for housekeeping stating that. I also spoke with a housekeeper in the hall outside our room as we were leaving for the day. Sheet was never added. The air conditioning was not working our last evening there. This was a warm June evening. Called front desk. Was told it was just fixed and up. No such luck. On the 12th floor and windows did not open. Spent an awfully hot sleepless night. Had to mention it to front desk on way out and they stated they realized it when they entered the building. Was offered some Marriott points on my account. And last but not least the smell of pot drifted through vents. I have seen this mentioned before on reviews. I would definitely suggest being proactive in stopping this.
