Since day one, one of the units upstairs did not work well. He came back a few times and did some work, this dragged a few months and as the weather was cooler we did not notice any issues and thought it is fixed. Recently we had to go in our attic and noticed that the unit he had put in in the attic is not sealed well so it is leaking air, and it feels cool in the attic!!! We called him, He came back to look at it, he charged us again to fix it because its been a little over a year and his warranty is over! a couple of days later we went in the attic to check it and noticed it is still leaking cool air in the attic!!! we called him back and he is not answering our calls, we have left him messages and he is not returning our calls. He upgraded the furnace venting configuration, installed a new vent cap on my roof, and checked all functions of my system and thermostat. Later I found out that Anthony is the company owner! They checked all the seals and left me feeling perfectly confident in the dependability of my new system. They basically made holes in the wall and shoved the wires in. It was a fire hazard that could have caused harm or death to the customer/family. We hired Even Flow for a previous job and were amazed by the quality of work and great customer service. We knew that we could rely on Even Flow to look at the problem and provide a solution. Eric came out and explained in great detail the many findings of the bad installation. He then laid out a way forward along with an itemized invoice. I appreciate there were no hidden fees at the end of the job. The job took a few hours to complete and the team was very thorough in answering my many, many questions. During the repair, they had shoe covers, brought their own vacuum, and cleaned up afterward. The tools used were put away afterward and overall kept the workspace tidy. They also called 30 minutes prior to the scheduled appointment. The van is easily marked - a great way to advertise but also easy to identify them upon arrival.

He was very transparent with what the process of the maintenance would be, as well as the cost. Throughout the inspection he took pictures to show us, explained the different readings and whether it was considered in range or not, and he suggested a couple of ways to optimize our HVAC system/additional preventative maintenance without being pushy about it.
