No upsells, no sketchy recommendations, just good, honest service at a reasonable price. There are some underlying duct layout inconsistencies in my particular system but the valve issue was found and they are taking care of it. Aside from that, they really do have great service. All the techs have been thorough and pleasant. The owner, Henry, personally came out to look at my system after the ongoing issues and explained everything to me in an easy to understand way. It's clear now that I've chosen the right company to do business with. Last night, I was pissed because my system was having issues. Today, I feel confident that they found the problem and solution. Called them at 7 am and a tech Dalvin Jimenez came right out. Found the problem right away (took vids and pics). Ordered the part and at 2pm two techs: Jonathan Osorio and Adriana Rodriguez, arrived with the required parts and replaced the blower. All was covered under their great warranty. We were warm and comfortable last night thanks to their hard work. I can't say enough good things about this companies professionalism and skills. I called a different company and they came out and vacuumed out the remaining water in the drain pan, cleared the line, changed the filters and told me I didn't need any additional parts or labor. My HVA system has worked perfectly since then.
