He took dozens of pictures explained everything in detail to us and even gave us tips for maintaining our system in a better condition and preventing future problems. I am 100% happy with this visit. When done I have an outdoor unit that is not the same brand, color or install. Are you kidding me? What a hodgepodge. On other work we even paid more, due to a mistake on Mr. Dodson's end. We treated him more than fair. They didn't even remove the dilapidated pad under the old condenser. I asked for them to put a new one. When they came out they slapped the new on top of the old one. This is the dodgiest work I have ever seen and I have been in construction 30 years. Please do yourself a favor and call a more experienced and seasoned professional who won't yell curse words at you after you paid him 100% for a quality job but will not honor the original quote request you asked him to do.
