Once they were ready - we picked them up at the end of the counter and took them out to their patio to sit in the sun. The egg was filling. I did ask for cheese and didn't get it. Their card machine went down while we were there and I spoke with the owner while she was trying to fix it and I could really tell how much love she pours into this shop. She was so apologetic and talked about how stressed she was. She was very helpful and I appreciated how helpful she was especially when my grandma asked about a niche tea.
