Saad put Crown on my weak tooth ant it fall off in 3-4 months , I thought cement was not done right but my other dentist told me part of tooth is in the crown so it can not be recemented . Saad charged full money for this crown . He knew his mistake so he discharged me from his office . He care for the money Not the patients wellfare .He should be prosecuted for making money from patients unnecessary. read more

Barrington Smile,s Crown cement is bad . My Crown 3 years old # 5 came out while eating and I swallow it , then I waited till insurance covered, so this year February 2025 got new #5 crown and paid more money then before because now they became Premier from PPO. In July the new Crown came out while eating but luckily I got it. I had appointment with Dr Saad on Aug. 21st to re cement it but unfortunately I got sick and was in hospital on Aug. 21st I called them from the hospital that I can,t come. I was on blood thinner so could not get dental work done, to my surprise they discharge me from office and said "we will Not do any work on you" till today my Crown is not cemented back. I am with them since 7-8 years , I live at Gurnee and Dr Saad was at Waukegan but then they moved to Barrington I still kept coming driving. 30 miles , I did cancelled some appointments but always called them. They are very much in to money they will get ur money in advance before starting work. Dr Saad is nice but his office girls are nasty. I hope I find some good dentist at Barrington,Schaumburg area I will never go back there. I think Dr Saad needs to refund my money I paid Twice for same tooth and both times it came out and now he is refusing to do the service I have to pay other dentist to recement my crown so Unfair. The dentist and hygienist are good, but one of the receptionists is so nasty and condescending. I have tried just dealing with it but after the latest berating comment with full attitude when I asked a valid question, I will never consider going there again. read more

An excellent experience all around for our family. The best teeth cleaning I've ever had, taking time to minimize my sensitivity, explaining options, and she cleaned my front cavities so well they did not need to be replaced- matching my teeth again (tea stains). My previous dentist did/would have replaced them, a higher cost, when they could've tried harder to clean instead of replacing so quickly when I had not been working full time for awhile. That extra effort & savings I truly appreciated. The whole office is wonderful. Dr. Saad has patience when I'm anxious, they are very easy to talk to, are always on time & we have now trusted them for years. When my insurance changed, he worked with our family to continue care, explaining options when times were tight to help make the best decisions and keep my daughters at their healthiest. I still think about my experiences in 2016 or 17, where Dr. Milad Saad removed two of my wisdom teeth in a way that worked for me as a student with no insurance. It was a great experience, I had no pain and everything healed very well. I felt respected and heard by everyone in the practice. Everything was so ethical, where I did not feel it was at other practices. Since then, I've been inspired by his work and other life experiences and am now I am in Dental school. Luckily a few years ago we found Dr. Saad and we are all now very comfortable going to our appointments assured that we will be treated with kindness and compassion. The minute you step into the office you are greeted with a smile. Donna , the dental hygienist is the most knowledgeable and meticulous you'll ever meet. You can immediately tell that Dr. Saad is experienced and he will carefully evaluate and explain your needs. My tooth which had a big bump protruding from the gum was very painful. Thankfully, Dr. Saad's team got me in that same morning. After an X-ray and exam Dr. Saad gently told me that I had an abscess and would lose the tooth; then assured me there would be no pain in removing the tooth, doing a bone graph and inserting an implant. To my relief, I felt no pain during and after the same day procedure. I'm amazed at Dr. Saad's skill. He is also so very caring. I highly recommend Dr. Saad! read more

I've never had a good experience at a dentist prior to Dr. Saad and his team at Barrington Smiles. I was overdue for a cleaning and check up and needed a deep cleaning. I've always heard how painful a deep cleaning can be but it was completely painless! Donna is a miracle worker! She explained everything as she went which put me at ease. They found 3 cavities and I had those done at a later date and those were done painlessly as well. Both Dr. Saad and Donna work in a wonderful calm way that any tension you had before you went melts away as they work. I used to go to this dentist when Dr. Wolfe owned the practice and it was great. He has since retired and sold it to a new practice of Dr. Saad. I decided to go patronize them because of Dr. Wolfe's decision to sell to this group. I WILL NEVER GO BACK AGAIN! There are many reasons for this starting with the cleaning being nothing impressive. This is in comparison to the thorough cleaning from the previous owner. After not getting a great cleaning my first visit, I decided to give them a second chance and go back 6 months later. At the following visit it was discovered that the my one and only crowne had been cracked and needed to be replaced. I was asked if I wanted to do it that day and said I suppose if there was time. I was given a paper to sign while laying back in my chair with gauze in my mouth after the cleaning but before fixing my tooth. I assume it was to allow the procedure. After that the white crowne was "fixed" and the Dr. Saad asked me to keep checking it and asked it was uncomfortable. I could not tell because my face was so swollen at all! He said he "thinks it would be ok" but if not I should come back. I travel every week M-F so cannot just do that. Since then my tooth has been sensitive more than before the procedure and I have not have time to go back. While waiting to go back, I received a bill for 85 more dollars on top of the 85 i already paid. I was told my Dr. Saad's office that my procedure was not entirely covered and I owe more money. I have good insurance but did not realize it only covered silver not white fillings. Most dentists will preapprove any procedure before doing it but this office did not. They said to me that I have to ask them to check my insurance and that it's only upon request they will look to make sure. I guess it was a poor assumption of mine that they would want to take care of their customer. They just billed it and had me sign a paper of now liablity while laying on my back and mouth full of gauze! When I called them to ask about this, they never apologized for the bill and just said I signed the paper so I am responsible. You would think in a profession that lives on retaining customers, they would try to be empathetic or more importantly protect their customers from insurance companies who control everything. Clearly it is about the money and not about the people. If I were you and I had knew what I did now, I would find a PROFESSIONAL dentist who cares about you the patient! read more
