Less than twelve hours later we had a diagnosis of a spider bite that then turned into a palm size necrosis and ended with a large open wound which required a week stay at the vet and then had to be treated daily for treatments and bandage changes for 6 weeks. $$$$. When I called to inform the owners, Ed and Joan of the diagnosis and treatment to come I was met with the most cold, careless response I could have ever imagined. There was no responsibility taken and they never once asked how they could help. Monetarily or otherwise. I am fully aware this could have happened anywhere, but the customer service at this place is less than ideal.
