Love watching concerts here. I refuse to watch it at another venue because for the price you pay, you can't get any better being close without pulling an arm or leg. I have watched Michael Buble, Ed Sheeran, Ariana Grande, Justin Timberlake, Jingle Ball, Jonas Brothers, AJR, Shawn Mendes, KNOTB & Paula Abdul and many more artists. One that got canceled was Camila Cabello's due to COVID. Seating: I've had seats from the floor all the way up to the boonies. The further you go up, the seats become tighter and you do not have a drink holder so be aware that spillage of drinks will come down the floor and you may be stepping into stickiness. Also just be aware when you purchase seats that you do not purchase one that says "partial view obstructed". Otherwise you'll enjoy the concert no matter what. Parking: arrive early and get your prepaid parking. It's mostly a quick in and out. The longest one that took to get out was the AJR concert. The bathrooms are all downstairs which is kinda hard if you're ADA. Time it right so that you don't miss the act you're seeing. Food: stay away from their nachos. We had that and it was gross. You are safe with all the other snacks. Merch: Depending on the artist it should be located all throughout the venue. Inside and outside. We caught Rush's final LA show and walked away pleasantly surprised, despite a few venue quirks. Arriving about an hour and a half before showtime, we expected parking to be an absolute nightmare. Instead, the on-site lot was easy to find, and the staff did an incredible job checking us in and directing traffic. After a short walk to the entrance, we were greeted by very friendly staff who breezed us through security. Once inside, the experience got a bit bumpy. The concourse area was poorly organized, with massive lines for t-shirts and food completely blocking the walkways for people just trying to get to their entrances. To make matters worse, the food selection was limited and very expensive. Finding our section and seats was a breeze, though the seating itself is incredibly cramped with very little knee space. However, once the music started, all was forgiven. The sound system was absolutely superb--not a single glitch during the entire 2.5-hour show. The only other major downside is the weird setup for the men's restrooms. You have to walk down two flights of stairs just to reach them, Also, the sinks to wash your hands are hard to spot. Came here for the first night of the Rush tour and was pleasantly surprised. I arrived by Lyft about 30 minutes before the start of the concert and had no issues with traffic and getting to the gates. While an older facility, I actually enjoyed the floor seating and the availability of food and beverages right outside of where I was seated. I could hop out, grab a drink and back to my seat in minutes without missing any of the concert. Sight lines were fine - I was towards the back of the arena but could see the band as well as the giant screens they had for the background. No issues leaving the venue or finding a ride share back to my hotel. read more

We came to see Chromeo and took rideshare to not have to deal with parking. Parking is $50+ which is too expensive. They designate lot H as the drop off and pick up location, but when we were leaving and waiting for our ride, they wouldn't let the driver into the lot. It was confusing because there were signs set up to designate ride share, it wasted time, and was very inconvenient. We didn't get any food, but it was pizza, popcorn, etc that was pricey. If it was not for the parking mess and expense this place would be a 5 star. Parking is so expensive, $55-to more than 100$ and it sells out and they send you to another lot. You will walk forever and if you handicapped they use those spaces for VIP parking and merch areas. The staff has no clue what they are doing or where to send you. They really don't care at all. Now, the place itself has a great sound system and all but the top section has good seating. The staff there knows little and will send you to the wrong area for seating. They have great outdoor food from vendors, the inside has horrid food. The seats are okay, but getting to them is a real pain. The stage area is great and they put on some great concerts. It is the best place to see a concert of all the other places around. If they could just get it together and hire people and train them that would be great. read more

I can't remember when I was here previous to our visit the other day. It was probably 20 years ago, so it's definitely gotten a remodel since then. SoFi is across the street, so the whole area can be crowded during events. It can be difficult to get there from OC or SD, because it's not far from LAX. You may need to go the backways to avoid traffic. Parking is now one of the highest in LA for events. Even prepaying, it was $50! SoFi is even worse ,and so is Dodger Stadium. At least the Greek is only $40 for normal parking. We were in the 100s, and the seats had very little room in between the rows. There was a premium section near us with better seats and more room, but you will pay even more for those seats. Sound was fine. It was weird that you had to go downstairs for the restrooms, luckily there is one set of restrooms with handicap access on the entrance level. We ate before we came, so we didn't have to buy food there. A personal pizza was $19, and a soda was $8.50. Yikes. We only come her for shows where the artist isn't playing anywhere else in SoCal. I would rather drive to Orange County, Riverside, Pomona, or Palm Desert to go to a show, over LA proper. read more

At a recent visit to the Kia Forum for a concert, it was as expected a pretty solid venue. There's tons of security and things are pretty organized here. The parking lot is pretty huge and getting here from any direction by freeway or if you live local, you can take the transit here. For the most part, this facility is clean all around. Because it's such a popular venue, they keep this place prettty clean, inside and out. The Kia Forum is, however, a bit on the dated side. Not that it's bad, but when you're inside, you will see that the structure of the place does show its vintage style and age. The coliseum itself goes super high - if you get seats on the third-level, be prepared to climb some stairs! There are a lot of steps at this venue - even to the restrooms. The restrooms are about two long flight of stairs, that leads to the restrooms that are basically in the basement. Again, it's clean and maintained, but there are lots of steps. The sound system at my last visit and with previous visits have been great. You will get great sound anywhere in this venue. One of the best, in my opinion! Staff are also friendly here if you have any questions or need to find something. My only gripe with this place are the parking fees. I paid $55 for parking, but it will vary from $25-$55 for general parking, depending on the type of event. It's very steep! There's parking around the neighborhood, but unless you know Inglewood very well, it can get sketchy outside of the venue. Other than that, love Kia Forum! read more

The Kia Forum (or The Forum) is one of the older performance venues in Los Angeles (opened on December 30, 1967). The venue was renovated from 2012 to 2014 and purchased by Steve Ballmer (the owner of the Los Angeles Clippers) in 2020. This is one of three indoor arenas in Inglewood (Kia Forum, SoFi Stadium, and Intuit Dome). The arena used to be the home of the Los Angeles Lakers from 1967 to 1999. Musicians and bands like Queen, The Grateful Dead, Led Zeppelin, The Jackson 5, Elvis Presley, The Rolling Stones, and Prince have performed here. Recently our party came here to see one of the Lady Gaga: The MAYHEM Ball shows. [Parking]: Expensive onsite parking. I went with an alternative option by using ParkWhiz to find cheaper lots at Freeman Medical Building Lot (301 N. Prairie Ave.) or 323 N. Prairie Ave Garage (323 N. Prairie Ave). I only ended up paying approximately $16 for the night with advance booking at 323 N. Prairie Ave Garage. Our party also paid $20 for a one-way bike cart ride (worth the money and a huge time saver since the walk was approximately 0.7 miles). Our party walked back to the lot at the end of the concert and the neighborhood felt very safe at 12 AM. [Food & drink]: Very limited food and drink selection with pizza from Fresh Brothers. This is also a cashless facility. [Bag policy - entering into the stadium]: The stadium has a clear bag policy (clear tote not to exceed 12" x 6" x 12"). Otherwise visitors can check in their bags for a fee. [Amenity]: The Forum offers free WiFi, and the speed was surprisingly fast. [Experience]: The sound quality was good from Section 211 Row 16, but I really wish the Forum installed a giant video board like the ones at SoFi Stadium and Intuit Dome so viewers from the upper levels can get a clearer view. [Conclusion]: This arena feels like a very outdated performance venue and is outclassed by SoFi Stadium and Intuit Dome. Honestly, the venue probably needs another round of renovations. read more

My feelings for the Kia Forum are mixed as this was my first time attending for a concert. I don't live locally so I was a bit unsure of what to expect. I flew in to see Miguel on March 13th, 2026. My uber driver was able to drop me off to the venue fairly close so that was helpful. Since it was my first time I didn't know when the doors opened you still had to wait in the lobby area to access your seats. That quickly became very hot and uncomfortable standing closely with one another, also noticing plenty of people were carrying bags that were not clear which was a policy of the venue. While I loved the idea of the grab & go market section I wasn't a fan of the $30 deposit to enter the gate. I ended up getting some fraudulent charges, even though I was able to dispute it wasn't helpful during the trip I took. But again brilliant idea to cut down line wait time which I appreciated. My seats were great however the lighting and sound quality not so much which was extremely disappointing. As the first few openers came on I began to worry about a few things. The first being I couldn't hear, it was so loud I had to wait about 20 seconds to figure out what song was even playing, the next issue was it was dark on stage I couldn't see the artist. While Miguel put on an amazing show this made it so difficult to watch as I've waited years to see him. I am glad by the time we got to our seats they had finally turned the AC on as it was very warm in the lobby. But then it became uncomfortably cold. I normally run cold so I thought it was just me but everyone in my section put their sweaters on as well stating it was colder than usual. As I can look past all other minor issues the sound quality along with the lighting was my biggest let down. If i was to return I would have to do more research for seating and views as well as bringing some earplugs. read more

They offer a variety of food and drinks; I enjoy their personal pizzas and I especially love the themed cocktails they sometimes have for different shows. Staff is friendly and I've just generally had plenty of great experiences here. Parking can be a bit of a hassle to get in and out of and the price ranges depending on whose show it is. There are other parking lots in the area that are just a short walk away, but I tend to park in the Forum lot just for proximity and extra sense of safety. read more

KIA FORUM @ LOS ANGELES This venue is known for hosting some of the biggest concerts, and I came here to see John Summit. Parking can get pretty expensive, I heard it can go up to around $40, so my friends and I decided to park at another friend's place and Uber over instead. The venue was completely packed, which made the energy even better. The Forum itself is beautiful. I love how colorful the exterior is, especially with the artist's name displayed outside, it just builds the excitement as you're walking in. Inside, there are plenty of concession stands for food and drinks. I didn't purchase anything because, like most concert venues, the prices are pretty high and the quality usually isn't amazing, so I'd recommend eating beforehand. Our seats were on the second-to-top level, and honestly, they were still really good, especially since we got our tickets for under $100. The performance from John Summit was incredible. The sound, the lights, the crowd, everything made it such a fun experience. One thing I would note is that it does get a little chilly inside, so I'd recommend bringing a light jacket or scarf just in case. Also, be prepared for heavy traffic afterward. If you're planning to Uber or Lyft, it can take a while. Our Uber driver had to circle the venue three or four times because security was directing traffic and clearing people out. I came to the Kia Forum for the very first time for TWICE's This is For tour and the acoustics in this stadium compared to other concert venues that I've gone to is pretty good. Props to TWICE's team and/or KIA Forum tea for selecting a 360 stage layout. It felt like no matter where you were sitting, you had a decent view. Check their website for what you can or cannot bring. We brought a clear bag within their size guidelines to store our portable chargers and light sticks. If you bring batteries for your light sticks, they will ask you to throw it out or put it back into your car. My only gripe about this venue is the expensive parking. I wasn't expecting parking to be free, but dang, $51?! Thankfully we carpooled so it wasn't too bad. What was nice was that they did have traffic control set up so leaving the venue wasn't horrific, so I guess it all works out at the end! read more

The Kia Forum in Inglewood, California, is a great place to see any concert--also known as just the Forum. Their sound system is state of the art. It was partially designed by musicians (the Eagles) to ensure great sound from any seat. Now, the place is huge, so get there early and get in line early. The staff does lack in helping you find your seats and it is round so you can end up so lost. There are not enough bathrooms. Parking is horrible. Again, get their early or buy parking. All events are sold through Ticketmaster, or AXS. Try to get tickets as soon as you can because the best events, like New Edition or Lady Gaga sell out and then you will be stuck seeing them at some huge stadium that is really meant for football. They don't even have close to enough handicapped parking places and I see them violate the law all the time by blocking those required parking spaces with VIP parking or merchandise tables. All the above sucks, but none the less, if you want to see a great show, Bruce Springsteen is, coming go there. It is worth the hassle. Although I would love some lawyer to come after them for the way they treat the disabled, but who doesn't. There are plenty of food choices both insider and on the outside property. Review of my experience with parking: Last night was an epic fail at Kia the New Edition concert. I have previously attended three concerts there and never had no issues with the parking. However, my experience last night was a nightmare. When my friend purchased the tickets online, there was no option to buy parking passes. Both of us had researched how to get parking passes with her ticket purchase and had no luck. I called the Venue since I wanted to find out how to purchase a parking pass for disabled parking. I couldn't get a response. I also could not get a response on ADA seating within the venue. There certainly wasn't enough staff or signage to direct traffic. It was a gauntlet. When we finally came up to the parking, no ADA parking available then we were directed to the Sofi stadium, which was across the street. Obviously there's no way that anyone who's looking for accessibility parking could walk that far. We inquired about a shuttle and that wasn't available. Parking at the SoFi stadium was $60. And there was no designated accessibility parking. It was basically a free-for-all. No staff directing traffic. We were just told to park as close as you can to the pedestrian street crossing that will take you to the entrance of the Forum. Needless to say there was no way I was going to be able to walk that distance. We left looking for a parking lot supervisor to see if I could get refunded the $60 parking fee. I was told that since SoFi is not part of the Forum- I could not be refunded my money I kept on asking and asking finally they took my name, number and receipt and said they would have a supervisor contact me. I am not confident that I will get a refund, but at least I tried. So despite all my previous good experiences parking at the Kia Forum, I have to say this horrible experience is my last impression and I will think again before I attend a concert at that venue. read more

First time at this venue for a concert and I enjoyed it. It is a smaller venue than most arenas but the acoustics here make it even more amazing. Any seat at the forum has a great view of the stage. Highly recommend purchasing parking before hand. Granted this is a very old building, the restrooms were in the basement. If your knees are not well enough to handle a few STEEP flights, you can locate some same level ADA restrooms next to where they sell merch. Food here is pricey as expected but I appreciated the amount of concession stands around the forum. Can't wait for another concert at this venue! read more

For the second time attending concerts here, I've always come home satisfied. Best artists performance, crazy and fun crowd, plus nice and helpful staff. Drinks we're good, nothing special and expect them kinda pricey. Parking is far and of course, spots nearby will take advantage for the event, ranging from $40-$50. however, venue parking is well-staffed and organized. Finding a good place to eat is a struggle because of long lines & reservation is a must without validating a parking ticket. Overall, with experience and fun night, it's totally worth it! I have been to the Kia Forum before, a few times, no more than three or five. Every other time I went, I was a non-yelper. Thus this review is written from the eyes and hands of a Yelper who steeps themselves in experience. And this experience began before I entered the parking lot of the venue. From going to other nearby Inglewood venues (maybe in venue blvd?), I know that parking can be at least an extra 20 dollars, and near or on-site parking is 50 dollars, in the least and maybe more. Some people might want to pay the tax, and others do not, for an array of reasons. I know that shifting parking fees at venues are common knowledge but a reminder on these may crystalize options for another and thus I share so people have the needed information to make a judicious choice. I decided to park about 20 minutes from the Kia Forum, but 30 for me as I have short and stout steps. Walking in the evening to the place and seeing the new lights, bing-out billboards, and stores of Manchester bvld made Inglewood a spot that I want to visit to experience the recent face lift. I stepped into the line of the venue around 7:30 p.m. 30 minutes before showtime would allow me to find my seat, buy a drink, use the facilities, and in general, respond to the unforeseen hurdles of attending a concert. What was great about waiting in line, was that I could see, hear, and minimally feel roaring aircraft from above. I took a video of a plane, soaring above, to share the feeling of mild anxiety and wonder I felt when the sound and air vibrations hit my skin and drums. I found my seat around 8:00 p.m. And the show did not start till after 9:00 p.m. Waiting in seat, was a drag, or, more like a buzzkill moment. I was ready to dance, hear tunes and, in sum, wiggle and pound to back-in-the-day beats. But I all I could do was wait, feeling my kite lose altitude. I asked one of my neighbors, and she explained that a performer might be late, and thus the party could not begin. And she joked that soon we would be ready for bed, and even though she was joking, she was not wrong. I have known wait to bring notes of slumber as well. During the wait, I went to spend more money on a double cocktail, and a charcuterie board. The extra expenses were sponsored by the wait, I needed something to do. Perhaps, this is the reason, that the venue/performers/sale strategists, elongated the wait, to give people boredom that could be filled with spending money. The cocktail was legit, and worth its 33 dollars, it sustained my buzz. The charcuterie board was in every sense of the word, a boredom bite, the crackers were stale, and now I worry that I ate food past its expiration date. At the same time, I can see someone say that one does not eat packaged crackers, cheese and salami in a cocktail and fries spot, and thus I have no one to blame but myself. And I can easily see their side of the cracker. The actual show was a blast. I remember one of the performers, asking us to sing a long to him like we were "drunk in the shower" and that type of imagery will stick with me for the rest of my mind. DJ Cassidy was high-octane and kept the bodies movies, laughs coming, and grand marshaled the line-up in a grand way! The venue itself pulsated with lights, sounds, lasers, and movement, it was another character in the party, and frankly, the life of the night. What stood out to me, was how most concert goers used their phones to honor the show. One time I was seated in the front rows of the show and I turned around and saw all the camera lights around, which was happy-inducing. This time I saw in the nosebleed section and saw so many phones recording and clipping the different moments of the show. One of my neighbors, that sat across from me, perched his phone on a railing and either record or live stream the whole situation. At one point, I saw the show, from a phone, as it was recording, and I honestly thought that the show was better through the phone camera, perhaps it was better built to capture the light spectacle that abounded. I want to end this Yelp by citing that the pillars that surround the Kia Forum speak of Ancient Rome in modern Manchester Blvd. I was not wearing a Yoga, or Laurels, nor do I bow to an emperor, but still, I saw a show that pushed me to applaud and chant, just like if I were watching a show held in an old timey colosseum, except here there were no warriors figthing lions or tigers, just Nelly and Ashanti confirming that it was hot in here. read more

I came here for the Twice concert and they had a 360 stage which made every seat at the Forum a good view! The parking lot was very easy to get in and out of and getting in and out of the venue was easy too. The staff were all very helpful, one staff even showed us the bathrooms outside that had a much shorter line. After the remodel recently the Forum got even nicer. The last time I visited the Forum was probably about 10 years ago, so it was so fun to be back for the TWICE concert. I had completely forgotten how much I love this venue. With seating that wraps all the way around the stage, there truly isn't a bad seat in the house. We were in Section 114 this time, and the sound quality was excellent with no issues at all. I honestly prefer the Forum so much more than SoFi Stadium. As a football stadium, even expensive "good" seats at SoFi can still feel incredibly far from the stage. The Forum feels much more intimate and concert-friendly. We arrived early for parking and ate our take-out dinner in the car, knowing that food and drinks inside are pretty overpriced. Getting to our seats was easy with the QR code system, and entry was smooth. Leaving the venue was mostly hassle-free as well, though the orange cones funneling traffic into two narrow lanes made exiting a bit tight, just something to be mindful of. Overall, a fantastic concert experience and a great reminder of why the Forum is such a classic venue. read more

I've been to the Kia Forum many times and have generally had positive experiences. However, my experience with customer service today was very disappointing. I called the box office with a simple question, expecting a straightforward answer. Instead, the representative who answered, Nick, spoke to me in a way that made me feel belittled and uncomfortable for asking the question. Rather than providing helpful assistance, his attitude came across as dismissive and unprofessional. After the call, I tried calling back to get his name, but my calls were immediately disconnected, which led me to believe my number may have been blocked. Fortunately, a friend was able to call and confirm the representative's name. As a frequent visitor to the Kia Forum, I expect a higher standard of customer service. This interaction left a very negative impression, and I hope it can be addressed so that other customers do not have a similar experience. read more

My wife and I came here last night for the Alejandro Fernandez concert. I got our tickets for her birthday through Ticketmaster and also paid for the preferred parking spot. When we came, I parked Prairie Lot. They had it coned off so once they scan your pass, they'll let you know where you can park. The parking price if you are planning on paying the day of the event is increase by like 5 or 10 bucks. Since I got the preferred parking pass and came early, I got a spot close to the entrance near the Box Office. The Terrance in front of the door is alright but there no cover from the sun or rain so be aware. They also have a clear bag policy but they aren't stict on that unless you bring like a big bag. A lot of people had issues finding their seat since the section and row doesn't light up or confuse them. I found our seats just fine and had a great view from Section 203 and row 2. The women bathroom will backed up so I would recommend using the bathroom outside before you enter. The men's bathroom isn't the best but it is what it is. They didn't open the door on the actual time so someone just open it themselves and everyone else follow. Leaving the venue was simple since we left a little before everyone else so I was able to pull out and turn on Prairie, took like less than a minute to exit. read more

I saw Tate McRae's final concert at Kia Forum this past Saturday and I was so excited. We drove from San Diego to Inglewood and found that the entering the venue was really easy and with our pre-paid parking pass it was easy to get into the lot and we were escorted into our parking space. Security was fast and efficient and there were so many cute spots to take photos, a huge Tate sign at the front entrance as well as the columns. There were a lot of stations for the merchandise, I went to a couple spots trying to get exactly what I wanted. Before getting to our seats, we had to get a snack, we decided to do the grab and go for the convivence, but I would have definitely done the walking nachos. I ended up getting hot dogs, the nachos were sold out and water, my total was around $18 with tax. The hot dog was eh, so dry and I didn't even know you can dry out hot dogs. Also, the bathrooms were plentiful BUT beware you have to climb DOWN stairs. Finding our seats were also pretty easy, I saw Taylor Swift at SoFi a couple years back and the steps leading to our seats were so steep I was scared but these were easy and not so anxiety inducing, I wish the seats were a little more roomy though they can be a little tight. After the concert was the real test, it was rough getting out of the parking, there was a lot less organization leaving than there was chaos, People were driving so erratic in the parking lot and we probably waited 20 minutes until we got to leave. I have been attending concerts at the Forum for MANY years...since the Great Western Forum days, and way before Yelp check-ins existed. I have seen a large number of concerts at the venue, along with basketball and ice hockey games WAY back in the day. Over the last six weeks I went to two shows, Maroon 5 in October and Byran Adams with Pat Benatar and Neil Geraldo in last week. Both shows were a lot of fun. This review is to really highlight a situation at the last show where we were seated in section 112, on the aisle next to section 113. The seats were really good, however, once the show started, the aisle was the only walkway for people to come and go to the floor seats. Once the show started, there was non-stop traffic and the people walking blocked our view of the stage. It was the worst seating experience I have ever had. After about 15 minutes, I went up to one of the wonderful ushers, Mary, who had originally greeted us upon entering. I let her know about the situation and asked her if there was someone that I could talk to since my friend and I could not see the stage. She let me know that the aisle to the floor was the only way down on the side of the venue we were on, so it was going to be that way all night. She radioed for someone from guest services, and Montell took over the situation. Montell was able to help us with seating at the top of our section in the ADA seating away from constant flood of people walking by. I appreciate that he and the team was able to help us resolve the situation. Other staff members that were great during the evening were Michael at the ADA bathrooms, Harold at concessions, and Kelly L. who was also helpful through the night. The staff that I encountered were all 5+! Overall rating would be higher if parking wasn't so chaotic and pricey and this one way route to the floor seats was alleviated. After coming to the Forum since I was a kid, I'll be back, but I can guarantee you that I won't be sitting on the aisle in section 112 again. read more

Came for the Tate McRae concert and my seats were decent other than the stage design where I couldn't see half the show (not the venues fault). Overall venue was nice just very very hot, a little more air conditioning would be nice. Was not a fan of the lack of restrooms available as lines for every restroom was out the venue door. The employee who was working the Kia Photo Booth was very nice and gave me a wristband for the Kia club. Food in there was dry as when I went they were basically serving crumbs and not replenishing the food. The bartender however was enthusiastic and very nice. read more

Traffic was horrible going to this venue on a friday afternoon and we were coming from Pasadena. However, if you purchase parking ahead of time, going into the lot is pretty quick. We had no issues trying to find parking. They do not allow a screenshot of your tickets. You must have the app to show your ticket. As you enter inside, they had staff that would show you and guide to towards your seat. Super friendly! Ive never experienced that. Also, we got floor seats so this review is based off of that. They mentioned something about burgers and whatnot just around the outside perimeter vs what was available downstairs in a quick self-servie area. We went upstairs to only find nachos, hot dog, and a bunch of alcohol stands. Eat all of your food outside. We brought it back to our seats to sit and eat, and it was hard because there wasnt enough space to enjoy it. There was a bathroom attendant in the floor level that was super sweet and told us which stall is available. We had a great time at the concert and the venue was nice and well thought out. Everyone can see the group and the screens were placed high enough that short people could see (especially if you have over 6ft tall people standing in front of you). read more

This is just for the parking. I never made it inside for the concert. By the time we made it into the Forum parking lot, we were turned away because parking was sold out. Only parking passes were allowed. I never saw an option to buy a parking pass. I have ADA placard and a disabled vet in my car. She didn't want to leave me alone to find parking so she stayed with me. We were directed across the street to SoFi. $60 parking and again no ADA parking. They said to try and park close to the street because that would be the closest spot to the Forum. There was NO WAY we could walk across the street and through the Forum parking lot. HONDA CENTER has free ADA parking, a shuttle bus to wheelchair service AND pick up wheelchair service after the concert. Before SoFi was open I always parked at the Forum. Why is parking sold out? The parking lot didn't shrink. If you're going to have offsite parking, at least have a shuttle for ADA patrons. We're paying way too much money for tickets and parking to have to walk that far. read more

Welcome once again to the Forum of Los Angeles, Kia's bread and butter Stadium Arena Music Venue. "...I've been waiting for you, cryin' out Do you see me? Do you see me now?" Arriving on a weekday night for the Mayhem Ball, my friend Ozelle and I decked out in all black, me in my vegan leather best and her in fishnets, blazer and flawless accessories, not to mention the flow of multi-toned hair. We opted for parking, though it was around $50/$55 for the night (like the tickets weren't luxury enough O.o), highly recommend pre-paid parking to make for an easier transition. Sometimes parking is better depending on the event, definitely on the reasonable side for past shows I've seen. They really milking it for Gaga though! If not for that and the fact that they ran out of hummus and couldn't make more veggie wraps and such this would've been a perfect revisit after two years (saw Sam Smith in the fall of 2023 - shout out to my girl Sarah S, for making that happen). From grade school in the early to mid 90s when we'd go to tons of sport events here including Clippers, Lakers and Kings games with my dad (former city of Los Angeles employee, now retired) and brother to present shows with my sister, friends and past dates it's still nostalgic and surreal to have seen how much has change and continues to change. Though the seating is still dated a lot of other things including the outdoor restrooms, grab & go shop and subtle attentions to detail are definitely things I note. Kia Forum I guess..."I want your ugly, I want your disease... I want your everything as long as it's free..." We had such a fun time in our #GagaGang dynamic duo of two great view section. The acoustics are still some of the best being a indoor/enclosed space, don't even get me started on the lighting, pyrotechnics and overall structure. Usually the air is flowing great in hear, but with a sold out full show and all the heat Lady Gaga was giving off #PutYourPawsUp and her incredible team of dancers, musicians and all the behind the scenes legends the air way very mid - I've never sweated so much at a concert. Pro tips: Watch your steps (all the stairs need a refresh), check discussion forums for actually show start times, parking a block or several away can make getting home easier and save you a little money if you don't mind a walk. Free Wi-Fi that's pretty okay, though I did have to switch it off to upload some things at once point. Stadium restrooms are mellow at the beginning and in-between sets, I recommend going then. Since we were in the middle of our row we made sure we did exactly that. TicketMaster, StubHub and SeatGeek are your friends. read more

The Forum is a great concert venue. I've been many times over the years, and sat in sections all over the arena. The seats are comfortable and well spaced, and the view is great from almost anywhere in the venue. I like that it only has 2 levels above the floor. "Nosebleeds" don't feel nearly as far away as other arenas I've been to. The sound is always great. The only seats I don't like are the ones that are on the 200 level on the sides - anything past row 20. I have sat up there one time. I started to feel like I was in the ceiling, and I couldn't really see or hear properly. Back then, I got a $20 ticket, so I couldn't complain too much. But at today's prices, I would be really upset! They do still do bag checks before you walk through the metal detectors. The areas are clearly marked so you know where to go. There are merch tables and food and drink options in the outside area surrounding the venue, and they usually put song lyrics by the artist and some other fun stuff on the walls. People love taking photos with them. And they project the name of the artist onto the top, which always looks really cool. The inside area is pretty narrow but there are food/beverage options and merch tables there as well. And there are bathrooms, which are kept pretty clean, both outside and inside. The ones with the entrances outside are bigger and tend to move pretty quickly. Parking has gone way up over the last few years, usually $50+. Options outside of that are limited but there are some small businesses that open their lots for a little bit less. It takes a while to get out after a show. Getting in is really efficient if you go on the earlier side of when doors open. The Forum is pretty boxed in. There is very limited street parking on Manchester Ave on the west side of the venue. I did notice that there was a very thick bunch of wires that went straight down the center in front of the 100 and 200 sections directly across from the stage. This can be seen in one of my photos. This isn't always there, but from looking at photos on A View From My Seat, it is there sometimes. I don't know why and it may not be up to the venue, but hopefully they can figure out a different way to wire whatever it is that requires that. I would be pretty mad if I had a straight view and arrived to see this strange obstruction. I'm a fan of the Forum and I enjoy going there for concerts! read more

I'm really glad the Kia Forum is still hosting major events. It's truly an LA staple, and it feels like one. There's something classic about it that newer venues just don't replicate. Unlike the ultra-modern Intuit Dome with all its cutting-edge technology AI features, high-tech entry systems, and next-level digital integration--the Forum keeps things simple. You can just walk up, show your ticket, and head in without all the extra layers. There's something refreshing about that. In special seating areas, the servers are attentive, and the experience feels straightforward and easy. The seats are cushioned, which is a plus, though the legroom can feel a bit cramped. And I'm not a fan of the restroom setup, it honestly feels like you're heading down into a basement dungeon situation. Not the best layout. The price points are on the higher end like most stadiums. That said, if you're someone who appreciates a no-frills venue with history, character, and a classic concert vibe, the Forum is still a solid place to catch an event. It may not have all the flashy new tech, but it delivers where it counts. read more

I came here for a concert. Kia Forum is a nice and intimate venue, but it is extremely disorganized and the floors are uber sticky. The Forum is touted as a historic venue, but that's also a gentler way to say "dated." Pros: - Intimate venue - Good acoustics - Clear bags are allowed (or small clutch) - Twinkling lights overhead :) Cons: - Lack of signage around the venue for sections and lack of staff/ushers to direct you. Apparently, the venue is divided into two halves. If you don't enter through the correct door, you have to exit the venue and walk around outside. - Poor crowd control. Security lines were super long outside certain parts of the venue, while other spots had no lines at all. Staff could do a better job of directing attendees to shorter lines to expedite entry. - Lack of cup holders in seats, resulting in many spilled drinks and sticky floors. Drinks were constantly getting knocked over and were definitely not cleaned up afterward. Floor cleanup does not seem like a priority for the venue. - Floors were so sticky inside the venue, I had to constantly unstick my shoes from the floor. This was my biggest ick. - Disorganized ride share procedures (lack of signage and no clear pick-up/drop-off area). At the end of the concert, staff members were giving us different directions about the pick-up procedures. One person was directing us to the main road, another was directing us to a specific parking lot (which is the venue's official pickup spot, but it's hard for drivers to get there when everyone is trying to leave at the same time, and it's not clearly marked), another staff member directing traffic had no idea. It's easy to overlook the cons when you're at a fun event at The Forum, but there is room for improvement, particularly for venue management. read more

I'm not fond of this venue. $55 for parking and getting hounded by random guys in the parking lot to buy bootleg shirts is bothersome. They also have a silly bag policy. Getting in and out is ridiculous! The staff gives poor directions and sends you to random lines only to be told to go to another line. The bathroom layout is poorly designed as well. Lastly, the stage setup is not the best. It's circular and you may end up sitting on a side that faces away from the performance for a period of time. read more

I went into two concerts there, once to see Iron Maiden and last week I went for Rush. I don't care how much they charge for beers, food or parking, but the sound quality of this arena is HORRIBLE! One cannot understand what the singer is singing or even saying. It looks that the sound engineers just bumped the volume as high as it goes without taking distortion into consideration. Plain bad. People had a blast because they go for the band, but the sound is just really really bad. I am never going back. The bathroom is pretty clean and well maintained though, and overall staff is super nice. read more
