HOWEVER, once they fixed my window motor, I was not able to open that door. BUT, when I called them to explain the situation, they told me to bring it in and fixed it for free. It was a great shop and I recommend it because they're easy to talk to and they explain everything to the point to where you aren't wasting money. Be ADVISED! They were not able to take Credit Card or Debit payments on site because of an issue with fraud. So I had to pay through Cash App or Zelle. We called at about 7:45 Monday morning and Kevin, the owner, was able to take our truck in right away. Our Ford diesel had a coolant leak, and after diagnosing the problem he carefully inspected the rest of the engine and discovered two additional hoses that were also failing. He ordered the correct parts from the Ford dealership and the staff at Elite Auto & Fleet took care of the parts installation. What really stood out was the customer service. Kevin personally drove us back to the KOA RV Park after we dropped the truck off, and then picked us up when the repair was finished. That kind of service is rare these days. Kevin is extremely knowledgeable about diesel engines, very personable, and clearly has his customers' best interests at heart. The price was very reasonable for diesel repair, and the work was completed quickly--we dropped the truck off Monday morning and were back on the road by about 10:00 AM Tuesday. We were SO glad that they did... The shop helped us out right away and with a smile on their faces. It really relieved the stress right away since you could tell that they were super knowledgable. Our mechanic, Ed, should have his own Yelp page because it would get 5+ stars. He was amazing. He gave us fair prices and called around and looked for cheaper parts while we waited. You really could feel like you could trust him instantly. He would call you almost every day with updates on the car (who does that these days at car repair shops!?). All of this while he was constantly making jokes and keeping the situation light. We are so thankful to him and his crew.
