BEWARE and STAY AWAY! This place is dangerous…read more Everyone here was very friendly, but the state in which they returned my car was dangerous and so I have to leave this review. I brought my car in while I was en route to Nevada and the Low Engine Oil Level light came on in my 2013 Subaru Crosstrek. I asked for an oil change, and while they were doing the oil change, they offered to rotate the tires for free. I didn't have the wheel lock key, so ended up telling them to not worry about it. However, they found a way to remove the wheel locks. The lady who took my payment noted that her husband had wanted to remove my tires to examine my brakes in the hopes that I needed new brakes. Which I didn't, so at least they didn't tell me that I needed new brakes. After the oil change, the Low Engine Oil Level light stayed on, so I figured there was something else that was the issue, so brought my car into the dealership to take a look after driving ~1K miles through NV and CA. The dealership noted that I had NO OIL showing up on my dipstick, and I was lucky that I hadn't done any damage to my car. After the dealership topped off my oil, the light went away. So I wonder ... what in the heck did Lube Express do for my oil change if there was no oil showing up on the dipstick?? Additionally, I just realized that one of the tires was missing the wheel lock and two of the lug nuts!! So that wheel was attached with 2 of 5 lug nuts. SO IN SUMMARY: I went to Lube Express for an oil change. I left WITHOUT oil in my car and with one of my wheels attached with two lug nuts (out of five). Yikes. I will NEVER go here again, and for your safety, much less just not getting ripped off, would recommend that you don't bring your car here either!

They flourish based upon a decimated economy. So saying that, I found myself in need of tires and I was unable to get any appointment, for several days, at Costco. Hence the forage to Wally World. Surprise!!! The auto department is professionally run by competent people. They only had one 4-set of tires that fit, and they were in the criteria range. They were 65,000 mile, H rated. I prefer 80,000 mile V rated, but these would do. The price was comesurate. They installed them within the hour and I was out of there. I did start to enter the store for a sec, but thought better of it when I saw nothing but locked cases. Ugh. Anyway... it was a good tire shop experience.
