He called to check in with me, and informed me that the place USAA or Agero had selected to send my car was a tire shop that was closed for the day. He informed me that there was a small repair shop actually within the parking lot, or if I wanted to get service that was covered by my car warranty, I should ask USAA and Agero to change my towing location to the Valley Hi Kia dealership, and that they lock the gates at night (it was 6pm), so I should schedule the tow for the morning. I highly recommend Clinton. He is a kind, honest, and hard worker. He will give you an honest assessment, and strives to do what is right. Plus, he is quick and efficient at towing cars.

Courtney was fantastic. He clearly explained all my options and confidently told me, "When I'm done, you're going to have a brand-new boat." He was absolutely right! He completely overhauled my electrical and electronic systems, retrofitted everything to modern digital standards, and even took care of several issues on my trailer that I hadn't mentioned. He performed two separate sea trials to make sure every system was working perfectly before calling the job done. I couldn't be happier with the results. We got a tow to his place, just hoping he could fix it so we could get home. Jake was incredibly nice and professional, and he knows his stuff. He has lied about the price for the part so he can pocket more more money on top of the labor fees, iv been waiting 3 days for him to install a turbo, and nothing has happened, he wouldnt give me my back my key or the new turbo i supposedly bought. Iv been tryin to tow my truck else where to get it worked on, but he is now holding my parts.. he doesnt know what he is doing and cant admit it.. run/ stay away from this company. Im still waiting here for the police to now arrive to see if im able to get my key, turbo and receipt... So it makes sense that his wife said to him over the phone that "we have spoken about this already" and that i was being persistent. meaning she must be tired of all the harassment she get over his stupidity... if i would of took the time out to read the reviews on yelp i would of save my self alot of money and headache. From my understanding. At least from what i can tell "Mobile Mechanic Team LLC," might be a good company. But with rotten eggs like our friend eddie. But the question is. Eddie came to do a tune up. He worked on my SUV for six hours. Then it got dark so he left with my…read morekeys (including my house keys). He said he be back in the morning to finish. Next day came he didn't show up. I called and was repeatedly told he was on his way. He never came. The next day he sent me a bill for about $800. I asked for him to complete the job and return my keys then we'd discuss his payment. He refused to come back. He called and texted me for a week at all hours of the day including after midnight demanding payment. I took my SUV to another mechanic who said he broke his tool off inside one of the cylinders. The new mechanic said he must have spent hours trying to fix his mistake since the tune up should have been two hours at the longest. I ended up paying $1,600 to fix this guys mistake. I reported him to the BAR. They confirmed he was unlicensed at the time of the repair. Stay away!!!!!
