I moved to the high desert and couldn't find a kickboxing gym near me. I found this place on a FB ad so I decided to give it a try. I started my journey here back in 3/21/2022 and my official work outs started 3/28/2022. I started with their 21 day detox program and lost 10 lbs! I manage to keep that 10 lbs off and in June I am started their 20 lb lost program. What I like about this gym is that they are honest. You get what you put into it. They do provide you the tools and supplements should you follow it. The nutrition guide, yes you should follow. The supplements are your choice. It's expensive so if you are on budget, you can find other options that work for you but so far I do like a few things above gotten there so far. I also am a person that likes convenience - aka I'm lazy so buying there is easier for me! Everyone is friendly, from staff to the members. I have enjoyed my time here. I am only 2 weeks into my current challenge and at a lost of a total of 15 lbs since I've started my journey here. What I can attest to is most of the work done is really at home/kitchen. There's a FB group page they have that members share recipes. That's been super helpful! I'm glad FB showed me their ad, I'm happy to have found a place that can help me with my goals!

I had a baby 3 years ago and just couldn't find my way back to the gym. After moving here I set my goal up to start again and lose the pounds I gained from my pregnancy. I knew joining the Challenge, as I've done in the past, is what I needed to get back into shape. I joined the Challenge in Feb 2025 & in 6 weeks lost 17lbs!!! I love the classes and what I like about this location is they have a lot of gym equipment & cardio machines too!!! I absolutely love the style training they offer and am able to workout extra on my own. The staff is nice and owners are friendly and available.

(4.25 STARS)…read more Memorial Day road trips always seem to create the best random discoveries, and Pit Stop Bar & Grill absolutely delivered. Tucked away off Victor Street in Barstow, this was a fun find while driving back to Los Angeles from Vegas over Memorial Day weekend. Big props to Haley M., who was basically running a one-woman show and somehow kept the entire place moving with a great attitude and solid service. That alone made the stop memorable. The location has a cool, laid-back vibe with plenty to keep people entertained while grabbing food and drinks. They've got two billiards tables, a dart board, and all kinds of classic bar games, board games, and card games, including UNO, which is a family favorite. They also have several televisions. The food was all good too. I really enjoyed the Green Chili Burger, and everyone else in my party seemed genuinely happy with their meals as well. I felt they were trying to nickel and dime when I got the bill, i was charged for a side of ranch, a side of BBQ, and had no idea I was being up charged for the onion rings. I didn't say a word, but it hit wrong with me. .75 points deducted. What especially stood out to me, though, was the Memorial Day place setting displayed near the front entrance honoring our veterans and fallen heroes. It was simple, respectful, and genuinely touching. See my picture. That detail said a lot about the heart behind this place. If you're making the Vegas-to-LA drive and want something more memorable than the usual freeway fast-food stop, this place is definitely worth checking out. Great atmosphere, friendly energy, and one of those spots you end up talking about later.

I had heard nothing but bad about the cleanliness of 24 but when I walked through the door all I…read moresmelled was bleach! so I commented that clearly I had picked a good day, or maybe what I'd read was not a fair assessment. the woman who signed me up was really nice and helpful. she did tell me they were going to be closed just not tonight at 10:00pm and be closed for the next week or so, I thought this would be a closure like other24 hr retailers they usually cordon off areas leaving the finished or unfinished areas accessible while the areas being worked on are the only "closed areas" you know they couldn't have been working it all at once? guess it doesn't really matter now. i wasn't ready to work out yet but a shower was gonna feel fabulous! {record scratch) reach for the door. locked! this is my first experience at any gym.i find out later that tomorrow isn't going to be open either! so I paid for a first week and I don't even get to use it. a member who's been there as a customer "for years" was right that members should be compensated for that week! she should have told me to come back in a week. even though the membership cost 1 cent I would have liked the opportunity to know before hand I'm not getting a week shut down so I can decide if I wanted to be shorted on my first month of membership. on the other hand, that young woman was kind and nice she makes a great first impression at 24 I'm still believing this is going to be a good experience and prove the nay sayers wrong or at the very least spark others to come in and give 24 the same chance I am. pssst, please don't let me down 24! I'm counting on you!

I had an extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience at this gym. My sister and I felt…read morethat we were treated unfairly and discriminated against by the manager, Elijah Hezekiah James. Throughout the situation, I remained patient and respectful despite the attitude and behavior I was receiving. The manager refused to even hear me out. He told me directly that he didn't care what I had to say and that he wasn't going to speak to me. As a paying customer, I found this extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. What made the situation even more frustrating is that both my sister and I were trespassed from the gym without what we believe was a valid reason. My membership was also frozen even though I had just paid $560 for a two-year membership, and it had not even been a week since I purchased it. There was also a very concerning incident involving one of the employees and her mother. While my sister and I were leaving, the employee's mother was in a vehicle. She rolled down her window and told me, "Don't you ever talk to my daughter like that." I was confused because the only thing I had said to the employee was that I was not going to leave because I had a membership at the gym. I had no idea this woman was the employee's mother until she identified herself. The employee then accused my sister and me of harassing her mother. I don't understand how we could have supposedly known who she was or that she was related to the employee when we had never been told that. What was especially concerning was that the employee and her mother followed us toward our car. My sister also felt that the vehicle came dangerously close to her, which was extremely frightening and inappropriate. I don't understand why this situation had to escalate to the point where employees and their family members were involved and following us to our vehicle. Customers should feel safe leaving a business, not feel intimidated or threatened. From my experience, there also appears to be a lot of tension and drama among some of the employees. It seemed like personal disagreements and workplace frustrations were being taken out on customers, which is completely unacceptable. I paid $560 for a two-year membership expecting to be treated with basic respect and professionalism. Instead, within less than a week of becoming a member, my account was frozen and my sister and I were trespassed. I strongly encourage the gym's ownership and corporate management to investigate what happened, including the conduct of the manager and the incident involving the employee and her mother. This was an extremely disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this gym based on how my sister and I were treated.

Cassie was extremely helpful with looking up my receipt and getting the exchange set up. She was super friendly, patient, and always had a smile. After that, I spent about an hour with Jess going over different cleats, how each model fit, and what would work best for the way I play. He ended up helping me find a pair of Tiempo Maestro Academies that fit much better than I expected. He then took me over to the steamer and explained how the process would help mold the cleats more closely to my feet. After steaming them, they felt almost custom fitted. Jess really took his time and made sure I was comfortable with the final choice instead of rushing me into a sale. The entire experience was personal, positive, and much better than I expected. Cassie and Jess both did an excellent job, and I really appreciate the level of service they provided.

We had some time to pass waiting for the bike and she was very polite and helpful. Would recommend!
